N	Natascha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there after emailing them. They asked me to come to the office to get some documentation going that they forgot to do 1.5 years ago. Turn up, get told I need an appointment. Thank you for nothing. So I try to make one over their website after my phone call was dropped by them. That specific location is for whatever reason not listen on the website.

They do not even know there systems apparently...when you call them. When you go there you immediately learn, whatever you want, why you can't. But it is obvious that they don't give a sh*t....AT ALL!!!!

Students come here for NIK data sheet and students have a pressure in University. They should understand this. Nothing is automated. No appointment system. I am really surprised to see this in Europe

Always got the sense that the staff wanted to help you through the labyrinth. Today I encountered what I can only fairly define as a racist. Refused to even entertain my lack of Hungarian. Refused to talk to my Hungarian wife on the phone. I'm not checked out of the country. So much good to say about Hungary but unfortunately the regime probably gives licence to racists like this woman to discriminate against someone on nationality grounds
D	Debbie Ann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to renew my passport quickly and easily. I went to the front information desk and they gave me a number. I went into the waiting area and my number was immediately called. The first person took my photo, got my signature, but then sent me to another desk because I did not have an address card. I was able to get it all done, very quickly and I am only a beginner in duolingo Hungarian. Everyone was super helpful although they did not have much english. I got a 10 year passport that I can pick up in seven days. This office was excellent.The total price was 33kHUF, half for the express delivery and half just the normal passport price for a 10 year passport.

Playing the same game every 2 years when I'm about to renew my 2nd passport: I call them before to make sure I got everything I need but there is always something wrong... Then I have to start a 2hours long argument explaining them how they systems works to get my passport... It's all about trying to find excuses to not doing their job....
P	Pete T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for a 24hr passport renewal and personally I had no issues whatsoever, the lady and the gentleman who dealt with my case were very friendly and professional - also explained everything very patiently and helped me address all of my questions. I've seen a few negative reviews here and I am a bit surprised to be honest, the security lady at the entrance was friendly and helpful, there was a bit of a queue but I came without an appointment for an emergency passport application so that wasn't unexpected. Overall very good experience, been here before when I had to get a 24hr renewal 5 years ago as well and I can definitely recommend this service. Also worth mentioning that as far as I know this is the only place in Hungary where you can get your passport renewed in 24hrs so it's important that their service is reliable and as efficient as it gets. Well done thank you.
