★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonos ügyintézés 0, várakozási idő max! Nagy semmi, köszönöm szépen a semmiért telefonáltunk egy órán keresztül, a csekket persze szorgalmasan küldik. Érdekes senki nem ért semmihez, mindenki kapcsol valakit, utána meg belesem szólnak és kinyomnak. Elég nehéz külföldről covid idején bármit is intézni Magyarországon. Mégegyszer köszönjük szépen, biztos hogy nem fogunk semmit befizetni, ha már egyszer lelett mondva és továbbra is küldik a csekkeket! Persze választ senki nem ad, csak megy a mutogatás és kapcsolás. Röhej.
Telephone administration 0, waiting time max! Great nothing, thank you very much for nothing we called for an hour, the check is of course sent diligently. Interestingly no one understands anything, everyone connects someone, then they talk into me and push me out. It is quite difficult to do anything in Hungary from abroad during covid times. Thanks again, we’re sure we won’t pay anything once you’ve found it and checks are still being sent! Of course, no one gives an answer, just go pointing and switching. Röhej.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I visited 2 offices and all the workers I met were polite, the office incharge of district one were the ones would handle my concern and they were really nice, willing to help and Professional. Bánhidi Márton was the official who assisted me he was so friendly, showed concern, empathy and offered options though they were limited possibilities. For a government office I actually expected less. ?
