★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful when signing the contract , “””especially the repainted condition clause because they will use it as the legal justification to deduct your deposit “””” and take pictures at the beginning, because they will make you sign that the apartment was freshly painted and in our case it wasn’t and demanded 450 EUROS at the end to repaint minor damages that don’t even require painting!
And asked for extra ridiculous "Management fees" deducted from the deposit which I have no idea how it is the tenant's responsibility ( too bad I wasted so much time being cooperative with them trying to find them a tenant to replace me).
After several arguments, to solve the issue the Owner of our apartment decided to take on the management and cleaning fees on our behalf, even after we submitted the apartment very clean they asked for around 100 euros to clean.
