In recent weeks, I have bought and recently taken possession of a garage from Residential Park Management. Stem is not a complicated transaction, especially for a real estate company of this size, but it took weeks of negotiation and administration. Ignátisin Ella acted on behalf of the company. What hindered the processes so much is the attitude of the clerk. He never picked up the phone and did not respond to my email inquiries unless I informed him several times on the same subject. I couldn’t move forward with the shopping because I felt like I was constantly bumping into walls and didn’t feel the intention of selling at all to the seller. Yet a business is successful if everyone smiles in the end. I don’t know if the clerk would treat everyone like that or just respect me for standing up to me, but that’s why I couldn’t smile at the end of the deal. And that doesn't make me feel good about the intermediary company either, because of the bad taste in the mouth. I couldn’t recommend it with a good heart to a prospective buyer because I didn’t come across the attitude and intent to sell that a buyer should have.
