★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took an apartment on rent from 2012-16 through Budapestlets. They have been very professional in the maintenance. Any repair was attended to promptly and also ensured they did not charge anything in excess apart from the agreed upon rent.I would definitely recommend their services to anyone newly moving to Budapest to have a pleasant and cherishable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented an amazing apartment from Budapestlets. In the building was an electric shortcut and the maintenance guys came and fixed it very quickly.The managers are really nice and helpful. They speak excellent English and helped me with all documents of lease. Nice people, good company. I would recommend them for everybody .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am often in Budapest and find Budapest Lets both extremely efficient and amenable. They have a wide range of apartments and are very honest about how they are. I once stayed in one of their more "studenty" apartments, and was pre-warned it would be clean but basic, and so felt it was great value for the price. Other apartments have been much more plush, and the Opera ones particularly were in a great position. You have to love those high ceilings and parquet floors. We don't get those in Germany!

They always responded to my concerns (plumbing issues, locks wearing out, weird building council issues...the stuff that happens over 5 years in a flat, you know?) really quickly and did everything they could to help out. They were consistently friendly, always available, and easy to deal with when I needed them, and otherwise were unobtrusive, which is exactly what I look for in a landlord/property manager.
I would absolutely rent from them again, and regularly recommend them to friends and new staff looking to rent from a safe, trustworthy agency with good English language skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband have stayed in 2 different apartments that we rented from Budapest Lets. The first one we rented for about a month and the second one for more than half a year and I can say that the apartments themselves were one of the best we have ever seen.
Both were spacious, clean luxury apartments, with great facilities and all the amenities required for a short/long term stay in the centre of Budapest. The staff are friendly and cater to meet all your needs. Fantastic stay in great apartments and a beautiful city! We definitely recommend Budapest Lets for your stay in Budapest.

They are one of the biggest apartment rental agencies in Budapest catering their services specially to non-Hungarian speakers since they have an all inclusive service: They pay all the bills as well as they arrange the matters of the apartment and those services are all included in the monthly rent. They can also offer help with visa matters or airport transfers. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them: great, well equipped and centrally located apartments and extremely friendly staff helping you out 24/7.
