P	Peter K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azért két csillag és nem egy, mert egyetlen alkalommal volt egy Úr, aki gyors és segítőkész volt értesített csomagküldemény ügyben. Alapvetően az a jellemző, hogy ha belépsz a postára, kétszer is megbánod, hogy megszülettél. Az ott dolgozókért vannak az ügyfelek és nem fordítva, de sajnos ez majdnem a legtöbb kis postára igaz. Legutóbb feleségemnek magyarázták meg, hogy a postán maradó ajánlott küldemény nincs náluk. Szerintük erről értesítőt kellett volna kapjunk, amit nem kaptunk (hivatalosan nem is kell kapjunk), hiába volt nyomkövetési szám, elzavarták. Egy másik nap, másik ügyintéző mégis megtalálta csak a szám alapján. Amúgy meg ha fel akarsz adni valamit ajánlottan, és nem viszel magaddal kitöltött feladóvényt, akkor állhatsz újból sorba kisgyerekkel és/vagy terhesen is. Teljesen rugalmasak... A	Andras Vermes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos a vezetékes telefont nem veszik fel sosem. A sok ablakból kevés van nyitva. Hívórendszer nincs, pedig nagyon kellene. Javasolnám, hogy az üdítő, újság, biztosítás és egyéb nyalánkságok értékesítése helyett a posta foglalkozzon azzal amivel kellene. Nem tudom kinek az érdeme, de rendszeresen csak értesítőt dobnak be, azt se mindig a megfelelő postaládába, pedig itthon vagyunk, csengő működik..... I would suggest that instead of selling soft drinks, newspapers, insurance and other goodies, the post office should deal with what it should. Idézem az elöttem hozzászólását, mert én is igy jártam..."Megdöbbenésemre amikor rákérdeztem, hogy mi van a postásunkkal , aki eddig mindig bedobta az ilyen küldeményeket, azt a választ kaptam, hogy ők nem ismerik a postásokat, mert azok a Jókai utcai nagy posta alkalmazottai.Ott tehetek panaszt itt nem.Ez számomra elfogadhatatlan és nevetséges ! Bár van egy Úr aki nagyon profi. Kerüljétek, jobb lenne bezárni és felújítani. There is always something wrong with this post. Igen, néha sorba kell állni, de mutassatok egy postát, ahol nem kell :) Velem mindig kedvesek, bármelyik ablakhoz is állok. Van, amikor sorba kell állnom, de van, amikor (napközben) teljesen üres az ügyféltér és pillanatok alatt végzek. A kézbesítők nem hozzájuk tartoznak, hanem a Jókai térhez - na OTT azért vannak komoly gondok... (pl. magazin előfizetést nem hozzák ki, ajánlott levéllel be se csengetnek, stb.) - de ez NEM ennek a postának a hibája! I read a lot of bad things here for this little post. I have mostly had good experiences so far. Yes, sometimes you have to line up, but show me a post office where you don't have to :) They're always nice to me, I can stand by any window. There are times when I have to line up, but there are times when (during the day) the client space is completely empty and I finish in moments. The deliverers do not belong to them, but to Jókai tér - there are serious problems OTT ... (eg they do not issue a magazine subscription, they do not ring with a registered letter, etc.) - but this is NOT the fault of this post!
