Mivel éjszakai promóció után gyorsan vissza kellett adnom a ruhákat a promóciót megrendelő cégnek, expressz tisztítást kértem. Nagyon gyorsan megoldották a ruhák tisztítását, szép tiszták lettek a ruhák, és megmaradt az eredeti méretük is, biztosan igénybe fogom venni máskor is a szolgáltatásukat. A másik kettő selyemperzsa szőnyegre azt mondták, hogy azok kizárólag vegyi úton tisztíthatóak. Mikor vegytisztítás után visszakaptam őket, sárga foltosak voltak, tapintásuk ragacsos volt, mintha bennük maradt volna a vegyszer. A reklamációt azonnal hárítani akarták, mondván, hogy a szőnyegek túl piszkosak voltak, nem lehetett őket jobban megcsinálni. Saját felelősségre felajánlották a vizes tisztítást (ezért külön nem kellett fizetni) és még durvább foltokkal kaptam vissza a őket. Mindkét átvételkor becsomagolva kaptam vissza a szőnyegeket, mert az üzlet túl kicsi ahhoz, hogy ki lehessen őket teríteni.Gyakorlatilag a kifizetett tisztítási díjért cserébe 5-ből 2 szőnyeget tönkretettek. Az utolsó alkalommal azt mondták, hogy ha így sem felel meg, akkor nem tudnak mit csinálni. They took care of 5 carpets, 3 of which had no problem because they were cleaned with water. The other two silkworm carpets were said to be exclusively chemically cleanable. When I got them back after dry cleaning, they were yellow stains, their fingers were sticky, as if they had chemical left in them. They wanted to get rid of the complaint right away, saying that the carpets were too dirty and couldn't be better done. At my own risk, I was offered water cleaning (so I didn't have to pay extra) and I got them back with even coarser stains. At both receipts, I got the rugs back packed because the deal was too small to be spread out. In practice, 2 out of 5 rugs were damaged in exchange for the cleaning fee paid. The last time they were told that if they didn't, they couldn't do what.

Csak ide fogjuk hozni legközelebb is. We carried delicate down jackets with furry hoods for post-season cleaning. They worked beautifully, even the hooded hair was renewed.
