De érdekes módon sosem érkezik meg a csomag, hanem a Zugló 1. számú postán csücsül. Se a postaládába, se shova nem dobnak be még egy értesítést sem hogy heló gyere már be átvenni a csomagod. Nevetséges az egész. Házhoz szállítás, de nem visszük ki, nem szólunk róla, ülünk a csomagon a postán. Csodálatos. Three of the three ordered packages were left out. You pay for home delivery as a service. But interestingly, the package never arrives, it arrives at Zugló Post No. 1. Neither the mailbox nor the shova will even drop a notice that it's time to pick up your package. It's all ridiculous. Home delivery, but we don't take it out, we don't talk about it, we sit on the package at the post office. Wonderful.

A papíron rajta van a pontos idő, így tudom, hogy itthon voltunk többen is. Szánalmas, hisz a kézbesítőnek pont ez az egy feladata van! Bosszantó és felháborító!!!! Instead of ringing and handing over my package, the courier only leaves a note about failed delivery. The exact time is on the paper, so I know there were several of us at home. Hol az emeleten kell átvenni a kartondobozt “levélként” sorszám nélkül, hol a földszinten kell a zacskózott dolgot csomagként sorszámmal. Az biztos, hogy mire az ember kivárja az egyiket, addigra kiderül, hogy rossz helyen van. Minden más a Sugárba jön, ezt sem értem, hogy miért ide rakják le azt a csomagot amit egyébként a lakásomhoz rendeltem. Nothing has ever worked out in the first place. Where upstairs you have to pick up the cardboard box as a “letter” without a serial number, where downstairs you have to pick up the bagged thing as a package with a serial number. It is certain that by the time one waits for one, it will turn out to be in the wrong place. Többszöri érdeklődésükre (vége lett a meglepetésnek) közöltük, hogy semmiféle csomag nem érkezett és értesítést sem kaptunk. Ünnepek után Münchenből csomagkeresést kezdeményeztek. Kiderült, hogy a két csomagot azért nem kézbesítették nekünk, mert "a kapu zárva volt". Van kapucsengő, levélszekrény, ahová a leveleket szokták bedobni. Egyébként a környék tele van 10 emeletes "bezárt" házakkal. Miután ez kiderült elmentünk a zuglói 1postára átvenni az ott aszalt csomagokat. Az egyiket már visszavitték a feladónak. A másikat átvettük. Szégyen és lelketlenség volt ez az eljárás! Our relatives in Munich, as it turned out, sent two packages of Christmas cakes to our address in Zugló.
