Very friendly and helpful service. Located up a hill, but quite close to the bastion and castle. The room is basic, but sufficient. Nice view from the balcony.

Loved this place our room was huge with two balconies overlooking a quiet gas lit street great for bus or metro but be warned the trek from the metro is steep but it makes for great views and the Fishermans Bastion is only a few minutes walk friendliest host I have ever met too highly recommended

Great location - less than 30 minutes from the inner city, yet in a super quiet and safe neighbourhood. Right below Fisherman's Bastion, amazing bird's eye view of Budapest just couple of minutes away.

What can I say? If you want somewhere quiet to rest your head at night and to be central to all the sights then this is the place. Viktor a great host and lovely little b&b. A little bit dated now, smelly carpet that's why 4 not 5 stars but that is all! Cheap and good

Very comfortable place for staying in Budapest. It's situated in 5 minutes from the metro and bus stops and in 3 minutes from the castle heel. Not so expansive. We ordered a double room with the private bathroom and breakfast just for 82 € for the weekend . Our room has an amazing view on Parliament and the river. The stuff was really helpful. He showed and told us everything what we needed to know about staying there. Just one thing that I didn't like was that we couldn't pay by card. It wasn't comfortable for try to find cash to pay during the check out.

Simply wonderful! Viktor, the innkeeper, is the nicest ever! The room we had on the third floor is huge and the view is really worth everything! Breakfast is good and varied, just enough to give you a kick to start off a great day (and of course, saving your apetite for some authentic food and sweets, the best the city has to offer!). All in all, the location is awsome, just a few stops on line 16 and your in the center of Pest. And, it gives you the piece and quiet you might want to relax. The Fishermen's castle is some stairs away, but you might wanna burn some extra calories before eating the amazing cremeschnitte at the Ruzwurm bakery.

Wonderful stay in a quiet place near the Bastion. Highly recommend !!! We booked this place for a four day trip. Besides the very reasonable price, we arrived very late (02:00), and the host was very gracious, leaving the key for us where we could easily get in and rest. He was very nice and hospitable, even offering to store our bags in the B&B after we were scheduled to leave. The breakfast was delicious and we could sit outside on the porch with a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice beds, a safe for our valuables, hot water, clean shower and bathroom, a porch with a view and air conditioning, which was really important in August. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood, with some mini markets nearby. Going down the road you get to the end of the chain bridge with bus stops and a public transportation ticket machine. going down the other side leads you to another bus station, a metro station and a supermarket. The city of Budapest is a beautiful place. The public transportation is comfortable, all the buildings have old decorations on them and the people are friendly. There are cafes and restaurants everywhere and plenty of historical points to visit. Thank you very much for for the wonderful stay Viktor!

Great place, the host was always willing to help, the communication was smooth. We had to postpone our stay, the host helped us to do so. The place has a great location, the breakfasts were perfectly fine. You can ask for tips and you get great advice.
