J	József Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tervezett 4-6 hét helyett 11 hét után jött meg a rendelés fele, a másik fele azóta sem. A cég ennek ellenére a teljes rendelés alapján számolta a szállítási költséget, melyet megreklamáltam. Ígérték, hogy a különbözetet visszatèrìtik, de ez nem történt (még) meg. A kiszállitási időpontot amikorra ígérték, és ami miatt aznap otthon maradtunk végül nem tartották, és erről nem értesítettek minket, ha nem telefonálok rájuk aznap délután, akkor egész estig várhattuk volna őket hiába. Kiszállítást szinte csak hétvégére, főként vasárnapra vállalnak, amennyiben ettől eltérő időpontot szeretne a vevő, akkor ezen felháborodnak, "hiszen hétvégén nagy a forgalom, akkor több idő és benzin kiszállítani". Arra a kérdésre, hogy a fennmaradó tételeket mikorra várhatjuk azt a választ adták, hogy fogalmuk sincs. Nagyon nem ajánlom ezt a céget, fèlretájèkoztatnak, a telefonon megbeszélt dolgokat letagadják, az ígéretüket nem tartják be. Instead of the planned 4-6 weeks, half of the order came after 11 weeks, and the other half has not since. The company nonetheless calculated the shipping cost based on the entire order, which I advertised. They promised to make up the difference, but that hasn’t happened (yet). The delivery date was promised by the time, and for which reason we stayed home that day, they were finally not kept and we were not notified, if I didn’t call them that afternoon, we could have waited for them all night. They undertake delivery almost only on weekends, especially on Sundays, if the buyer wants a different time, they will be outraged, "since there is a lot of traffic on the weekends, it will take more time and more petrol to deliver". The answer to the question of when to expect the remaining items was that they had no idea. I really do not recommend this company, they inform me, things are discussed on the phone, they are denied, their promise is not kept.
