Ezzel együtt az volt az érzésem, hogy zavartam őket a nagy hangon előadott politizálásban, sorosozásban, botkázásban. Az egyből tegeződős, bratyizós, viccesen beszólós stílus sem jött be. És az sem, hogy távozáskor már nem sikerült visszaköszönni. Én nem hiszem, hogy még egyszer bemegyek ebbe a boltba. Semmiféle tájékoztatás nem kaptunk, 7.héten érdeklődtünk, azt mondák, várhatóan még 2 hét. 9.héten telefonáltunk, azt mondák, visszahívnak, de nem tették. Újra hívtuk, azt mondták jan. vagy febr.!!! Visszakértük az előleget, beírtunk a vásárlók könyvébe. A férfi eladó végig tegezett, minősíthetetlen stílusban, 20 percen keresztül emelt hangon nehezményezte, hogy beírunk. Iszonyat bunkó volt, mindenki kerülje el nagy ívben ezt a helyet! Ha jeleztek volna a 4-5. héten, máshonnan rendeltünk volna és nem maradunk karácsonyra nappali bútor nélkül. Szörnyű hely, senkinek nem ajánlom!!! Hihetetlen volt a férfi viselkedése, az eladó hölgy próbálta csitítgatni, elküldeni, de nem sikerült neki. A tulajok tudják, milyen az eladójuk? Kérdezem, hogy ezt a rendelés felvételekor nem lehetett volna tudtunkra hozni vagy, amikor a rendelést leadták. Ha egyáltalán leadták. Soha többet nem vásárolok ott és nem is ajánlom!!! Én biztosan beírok a Vásárlók könyvébe. Ha így működnek egy vállalkozás, akkor már régen be kellett volna csukni, minősíthetetlen ügyfélkezelés!
