F	Farkas Béla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hát vannak jó dolgaink, de nem olcsók. Viszont farmerből szinte nincs hagyományos. És ez nekem nem tetszik. Amúgy a reklamáció kezelésük példa értékű. Kérdés persze az, hogy ennek oka a rengeteg panasz e, vagy tényleg csak egy pozitív üzleti gyakorlatról van szó? Well, we have good things, but they're not cheap. However, jeans are almost non-traditional. And I don't like that. Anyway, their complaint handling is exemplary. The question, of course, is whether this is due to the plethora of complaints, or is it really just a positive business practice?
J	János Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma a Pécsi Árkád bevásárló központ C&A üzletében jártunk ahol a következő dolog történt velünk ! A párom nézegetett , válogatott a női ruhák között melyek egy gurulós állványon voltak elhelyezve. A következő pillanatban odajött egy áruházi dolgozó (hölgy) aki se szó se beszéd szó nélkül elhúzta az állványt és kb 6 méterrel arrébb helyezte azt el. Bocsánat a kifejezésért de ez egyszerűen BUNKÓSÁG volt amit tett. Nem volt kiírva hogy a részleg átrendezés alatt, vagy bármi figyelmeztetés. Úgy gondolom hogy illő lett volna megvárnia amíg a vásárló befejezi a nézelődést és odébb áll , vagy szólt volna hogy , elnézést de át kell helyeznem az állványt ! A párom csak nézett értetlenül és annyit mondott hogy : ,,na ide se jövök többé vásárolni,, ! Úgy látom , már ott sem a VÁSÁRLÓ a legfontosabb. Szégyelljék magukat. Mintha csak tiniknek, és korosodó hölgyeknek lenne kitaláva. Hol van a középkorosztály? I’ve always been a C&A party, but I’m not happy these days. The selection is shrinking and the quality of things often does not reach the usual quality. It's like it's just for teenagers and aging ladies. Where is the middle age?
B	Brigitta Kernné Riebel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Régebben sokkal jobb volt a C&A a pécsi Árkádban. Most már inkább csak negatívumokat tudok felsorolni: 1. A ruhák nagyon drágák lettek! 2. Alig lehet eladót találni, ha segítségre szorulunk 3. Ha nagy nehezen találunk is egy eladót, azok nem kedvesek, sőt, inkább lenézőek. Mondok egy példát: molett testalkatú vagyok, augusztusban bementem a pécsi Árkádbeli C&A-ba, hogy megkérdezzem, van elegánsabb fehérebb ingük? Erre rámnéz a hölgy és bunkó stílusban válaszolja, hogy "Magának?" Majdnem azt válaszoltam, hogy "Nem, a római pápának!" - hát lát még valakit mellettem?? - de inkább simán mondtam neki, hogy igen, nekem. Mire csak úgy odaveti nekem, hogy "Neeem, nincs". Hát jó. Pedig vettem volna egy párat, ha egy kicsit is körülnéz... Így egy vásárlóval kevesebb. In the past, C&A was much better in the Arcade of Pécs. Now I can only list negatives: 1.
