Szerettem volna egy táskát is, de az általam kinézett terméken nem volt árcédula. Kértem segítséget egy eladótól, aki a pénztárossal megkerestette az árát (10990 forint) és írtak hozzá egy kódot is. Amikor fizetni szerettem volna, egy másik (láthatóan tapasztalatlan, nagyon ideges) péntároshoz kerültem, aki szólt, hogy glamur kuponnal lejön az árból 30%. Mivel nekem nem volt ilyenem, rábeszélt, hogy vegyek az ujságosnál egy glamur újságot (1400 forint). Megtettem. Amikor fizetni szerettem volna, akkor derült ki, hogy az a kód amit előzőleg termékhez kaptam nem érvényes. Elvitték a boltvezetőhöz, aki egy másik kódot keresett neki. Amikor végre fizettem volna, akkor azt mondta a pénztáros, hogy ez a kód alapján nem tudja megmondani, hogy a termék akciós vagy sem. És mivel a kupon csak teljes árú termék esetén érvényes, ezért nem adnak kedvezményt a táskára. Amikor szóvá tettem ezt az egész kálváriát, rendkívül lekezelően, és flegmán azt felelte, hogy Ő erről nem tehet nem muszáj megvennem, ha nem tetszik. Eddig szívesen vásároltam itt, de ezek után nagyon elgondolkodok, hogy valaha vissza térek-e még. I bought shoes and accessories in the shop in the Pécs arcade. Not for a little money. Since I didn't have one, he persuaded me to buy a glamor newspaper (1400 forints) at the newspaper. I did it. When I wanted to pay, it turned out that the code I had previously received for a product was not valid. He was taken to the store manager, who was looking for another code for him. When I finally paid, the cashier told me that based on this code, he couldn’t tell if the product was on sale or not. And since the coupon is only valid for a full-priced product, they don’t give a discount on the bag. When I spoke to this whole Calvary, extremely contemptuously and phlegmatically, he replied that He can’t do this I don’t have to buy it if I don’t like it. I’ve been happy to shop here so far, but after that, I’m really wondering if I’ll ever come back again.

Mindig pozitív tapasztalatom volt.A minap egy cipőt szerettem volna vásárolni náluk, ám nem volt a méretemben. Fiatal Úr kollégájuk Készségesen ellenőrizte Pécs Pláza CCC raktárát és jelezték felém a másik üzletben van 2 pár a méretemből és megadta elérhetőségüket valamint a cikkszámot, ami alapján meg tudtam venni a cipőmet. Sőt a kedvezményre is felhívta figyelmemet. Tökéletes Vevő kiszolgálás, empátia, kedvesség. Köszönöm szépen. I bought in several cases in the CCC Store of the Arcade in Pécs. Pénzt vissza nem adnak, mert aránytalannak gondolják, azaz javításra lehet számítani, ami egy szezonra garancia. Customer service is weaker than competitors and the quality of products is also. After 5 months, the last pair came off their feet. Money will not be refunded because it is considered disproportionate, meaning a repair can be expected, which is a guarantee for a season.
