Mentségére legyen mondva, hogy ajánlott legalább egy rendes szervizet, ahol már sikeresen, bevizsgálás után, nem csak ránézésre megállapították a problémát, és meg is javították. Bent kedvesek, s ami a fő, márkaszervizként SEM lehúzósak, még a szerződésbeli kötelezően fizetendő bevizsgálási díjat is elengedték, mikor kiderült, hogy a laptop menthetetlen. Addig pedig, míg ki nem derült, a törött laptop bizonyos részeit igyekeztek volna garanciálisan, ingyen javítani. Hat csillag. It's a little difficult to find them in the yard at first, but that's okay. Kindly indoors, and most of all, SEM as a dealership, they even waived the obligatory inspection fee when it came to the conclusion that the laptop was unavoidable. Until they found out, some parts of the broken laptop would have been repaired for warranty, for free. Six stars.

A hölgy megkérdezte hogy usb porttal tapasztaltam e problémát.. Mondtam is hogy nem tudtam róla.. És már fel is írta a szervíznek usb portot is.. They are super, fast and helpful .. Eleve nem lehet elérni a Lehel utcát telefonon, a központban a sok alkalmazott össze-vissza beszél, nem tudják mint mondott előtte a másik. Ígérgetnek össze-vissza és utána egymás szavát cáfolják meg. Közben teljesen kelletlenül segítettek és lekezelően beszéltek miután problémám volt a szolgáltatásukkal és ezt megemlítettem nekik. Egy garis ventillátor csere masfél hónapba tellett, ez alatt összesen háromszor lett szétszedve és összerakva. A garanciába náluk állítólag nem fér bele az, hogy egynél többször szétszedjék, majd összerakják, így kiakarták velem fizettetni a plusz kettő alkalmat. Egyszer rossz alkatrész lett rendelve, kétszer készlethiányra hivatkoztak. Egy másik szervíz szerint akár több másik jól működő gyári alkatrészt is kicserélhettek benne, de ezt sajnos nem tudják így megállapítani. Sajnos rossz szájízzel távoztam és többet vissza se megyek. They promise back and forth and refute each other's words. In the meantime, they were very reluctant to help and talk me down after I had a problem with their service and I mentioned it to them. A garis fan replacement took about a month and a half, during which it was disassembled and assembled three times in total. They claim that they would not be able to disassemble and then reassemble it more than once, so they wanted to pay me the extra two times. Once a bad part was ordered, twice they referred to stock shortages. According to another service, they could have replaced many other well-functioning factory parts, but unfortunately they cannot determine this. Unfortunately I left with a bad mouth and I won't go back again.
