★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food on the Buda side! Normally we eat on the Pest side but this time decided to try Cafe 57 and was not disappointed. The interior is very nicely decorated and the people there were just super friendly and professional. I ordered the duck liver appetizer, duck breast main, and cottage cheese dessert and all three were perfectly cooked. My wife had the cod main and as well, perfect. Our guest ordered chicken supreme and as well, perfect. Not a bit over or undercooked. And for the cottage cheese balls, I try to always order this dessert at restaurants whenever possible, like a hobby... and the ones served at Cafe 57 is amongst the best. super! Definitely worth a visit! We will be back again for sure!

Good cappuccino and orange juice.
Place is big, has good outdoor area as well, and English speaking staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, last thursday i had a chance to try this restaurant. Usually i don’t do review but this place amazed me. First of all the interior is pretty nice and fancy with a good atmosphere. I would like to say a big thanks to our server Szabolcs who is one of the most professional server whom i ever met
(I’m working as a chef for 8years now so i saw some waiter, trust me)
He has a good knowledge of wines,very talkative but not intrustive at all. Special thanks for the welcome drink. And last but not least the delicious food with well balanced flavours and beautiful presentation. They took care on every small details as the hot homemade bread. And the portion size is just perfect. A big applause for the kitchen staff.
It was even more than a 5* experience. Keep it goin’ guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing meal last night! Creme brûlée liver appetizer was bigger than expected in both size and taste ? and the duck with risotto was perfect! Also, the staff was absolutely first class. A new favorite destination in Budapest. Pic is of creme brûlée and tuna with risotto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We come here 2-3 times a year. It's close to our apartment. Everything is good, nice. The staff is super kind and professional. They are also super kid friendly which is not usual in Hungary.
The dishes are not special, just simply ok and fresh. If you come in here you will eat good Italian influenced food. ?
