Nagyon kedves baristák/eladók vannak. Így minden alkalommal szívesen megyünk vissza. Kulturált, tiszta és mindig van szabad hely, hogy leülhessünk.
There are very nice baristas / sellers. So we are happy to go back every time. It is cultured, clean and there is always free space for us to sit down.

A kapott kávé köszönőviszonyban sem volt a itallapban látotthoz képest. Volt vendéglátósként teljesen korrekt hangnemben jeleztem a problémát, de nagyon flegmán és lekezelő hangnemben reagáltak. ??
The coffee I received was not in a relationship of gratitude compared to what was seen on the drink sheet. As a former host, I signaled the problem in a completely correct tone, but they responded in a very phlegmatic and condescending tone. ??

I tasted one of the Japanese raspberry coffee specialties which was divinely good, the place was clean, comfortably furnished with sofas and chairs, very cozy. Coffee capsules, ground coffee and tea specialties are also available. I think it's affordable, what they could possibly change is to have two counters at the top so that one does not break.

My rating is a comparison of this cafe to other Cafe Frei's in Budapest. This cafe didn't have self-service drinking water stand. Instead, they displayed bottles of soft drinks on top of the counter, next to the cashier. Frankly, would omit this cheap looking display, I don't think it goes well with Cafe Frei's atmosphere nor business model. As mentioned below, I also dislike the concept of paying a fee for grinding store bought coffee beans. It is a negligible charge, but it sends the wrong message. I also noticed a layer of dust on the furniture (possibly on the shelf, meant for the water?) I only spotted one copy of the Frei magazine (inc. menu) in the whole cafe, whereas it should be on every on every table. To sum up, I don't think this cafe's standard was quite up to all the other Cafe Frei's I've visited before. I think a franchise ought to pay attention to match standards in all of its branches. On the other hand, Cafe Frei still has better service, staff and design to many other cafe and Csepel greatly benefits of having one in the district.

Nice place. Not expensive. But I am not impressed. First visit from my end. I asked for a latte and asked what kind of coffee they have? So the lady started to show the different offers. Ristretton, espresso etc. I told ok. I still would like to have a latte. But from a lighter roasted one if they have.they have light roast, like for the ristretto. Ok, can you make my latte from that? Nope. That is for the ristretto. Fine. Then that will be ok!

Enormous variety of coffees to choose from. Perfect seating area to sit while enjoying the excellent taste. English speaking staff ( do remind them to call your order number in English ??)
