T	Tamás Skorka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendszeresen és nagy tételben hivatok elő képeket, de ez alkalommal sajnos nagyon a megszokott színvonal altt dolgoztak. Több képet kaptam a kép tetején 2 cm-es piros sávval, ill. több kép esetében a képen szereplő emberek "megskalpolásra" kerültek, nem látszik a fejük felső része és olyan képet is kaptam, ahol nem sikeült egyenesen levágni a kép felső felét. Be fogok menni tisztázni a hiba okát! I produce pictures regularly and in large batches, but this time, unfortunately, they worked well below the usual standard. I got more pictures with a 2 cm red stripe at the top of the picture, respectively. in the case of several images, the people in the image were "scalped", the upper part of their heads is not visible and I also got an image where I did not manage to cut the upper half of the image straight. I will go in to find out the cause of the error!

Az eladók kedvesek, gyorsak voltak, a minőség is rendben volt, viszont meglepően drágán dolgoznak, és nem csak csepeli viszonylatban. Tulajdonképpen nem ismerek Budapesten olyan helyet, ahol ennél drágábban nyomtatnak, pedig laktam a belvárosban is. I printed simple black and white A4 documents with them. The sellers were kind, fast, the quality was okay too, but they work surprisingly expensive and not just in relation to Csepel. In fact, I don't know a place in Budapest where they print more expensive, even though I also lived in the city center.

They deal with a lot of things besides photo processing, I'm glad I found a store in Csepel that is fair, reliable and I can handle several things in one place.

Anemone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meglepődve olvastam az előzményben egy pendrive mizériát, mely azért is vicces, mert épp ma kaptam vissza immáron sokadjára a hetekkel ezelőtt ott felejtett pendrive-omat az üzletben :) Sajnos mindig elfelejtem elhozni, de nagy dobozokban tárolják ezeket, míg meg nem kerül a gazdája, így még sosem volt ebből problémám, nagyon korrekt társaság!!! Ezúton is köszönöm! I was surprised to read a flash drive misunderstanding in the history, which is funny because I just got my flash drive back in the store for many years now :) Unfortunately, I always forget to bring it, but it is stored in big boxes until it reaches its owner, so I have never had a problem with this, very fair company !!! Thanks again!

Ajánlom a több tisztelet gyakorlását! I had to take a photo for the embassy, they asked me for a picture the size of a stasm, the exact size of which was not given, the seller was mocking, instructive and phlegmatic. I recommend exercising more respect!
E	Evelin Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senkinek nem ajánlom, ma 1 órája mentem be pendrive-ról kinyomtatni 5 példányban amit szerettem volna, ez meg is történt (én is ludas vagyok mert nem volt a fejemben visszakérni) 10 perc plázában mászkálás után vettem észre, hogy nincs nálam. Visszamentem a boltba, hogy valószínüleg itt maradhatott, visszatudnám-e kérni? Mire a válasz az volt, hogy ott bizony nem maradt.:) Nem szeretném ennyiben hagyni, értéktől függetlenül, nincs joga eltulajdonítani ami az enyém, SanDisk, ha esetleg megtalálnák és megkeresnének vele!! Amit nagyon remélek!:) Ui.: Köszönöm a választ, (a valóságot ugyan nem fedte) visszajöttünk most 2 órával később mert mint írtam szükségem van a pendrive-ra, nem olyan nagy meglepetésemre mégis előkerült a bolt asztaláról. A gyanusítás helytálló volt, kikellett erőszakolnom, hogy ugyan keressék meg nekem. Először és utoljára vásároltunk ott! A leszedett mondatot meg kár volt kitörölni mert most kiteszem akkor én, nem ok nélkül volt a gyanusítás! Percek teltek csak el a vásárlás és aközött, hogy visszamentünk mert ott maradt amire tisztán emlékeztünk! Kértem a kamerafelvételt akkor ha máshogy nem ment, ekkor éppenséggel meglett, fura nem?!.. és akkor ennyivel le is zárom, inkorrekt akárhonnan nézem, ahol csak így lehet elérni bármit ott nagy gondok vannak! The suspicion was correct, and I had to force them to contact me. First and last time we bought there! It was only minutes before the purchase and we went back because we stayed there for what we clearly remembered! I asked for the camera shot if it didn't go any other way, then it just got there, isn't it weird?

Párommal jártam bent a mai nap náluk, és a véletlen otthagyott Pendriveunkat először nem szerették volna visszaszolgáltatni illetve egy másik véleményfül alatt megkértek minket hogy ne gyanúsítgassuk őket lopással. Két órára rá visszamentünk mert átnéztünk otthon mindent és mivel az a pillanat se volt meg egyikünk fejében sem, hogy visszanyújtották volna, tudtuk, hogy csak az üzletben maradhatott, megkértük őket, hogy mutassák meg a kamerafelvételt arról a momentumról, amikor bent voltunk délben az üzletben és érdekes módon 2 perc alatt előkerült az említett Pendirve. Miután távoztunk az üzletből a másik vélemény alatt kitörölték a “ne vádoljuk őket lopással” szöveget mert ennyi nem volt egyikükben sem, hogy egy bocsánatkérést odaböfögjenek hozzánk. Nem az a 3000 Ft számított volna hanem inkább a rajta lévő személyes dolgaink illetve pusztán a tény, hogy inkább letagadták és minket támadtak minthogy tisztességesen viselkedtek volna. Az már csak hab a tortán, hogy az egy csillagos értékeléseknél ők mindenkire emlékeznek ki járt a boltjukba és kérdőre vonják az illetőt, hogy mégis miért kaptak alacsony értékelést. Önbecsülésben és korrektségben lenne még mit fejlődni mind a tulajdonosnak mind az ott dolgozó kollégáknak. Incorrect company liar with phlegm sellers and owner. We went back to it for two hours because we looked through everything at home and since none of us had the moment to hand it back, we knew he could only stay in the store, we asked them to show us the camera footage of the moment we were inside the store at noon and interestingly, the said Pendirve came out in 2 minutes. After we left the store, under the other opinion, the text “don’t accuse them of stealing” was deleted because there wasn’t enough in either of them to apologize to us. It wasn't the 3,000 HUF that mattered, but rather the personal things on it and the mere fact that they were denied and attacked rather than behaved fairly. It’s just icing on the cake that in one-star ratings, they remember everyone who went to their store and question why they still got a low rating. There is still room for improvement in self-esteem and fairness for both the owner and the colleagues working there.
