★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It really is one of the best places to eat in budapest if you are looking for italian food, the staff are so friendly and very helpful, the pizza is so great and delicious, also the pasta is amazing, they have a special daily menu, make sure to order from it as they have some really tasty dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Café Gian Mario was fantastic. Located downtown close to St Stephen's basilica and the parliament it is perfect for genuine Italian pizza. The location, staff and service was excellent. Everybody was friendly and helpful, the pizza was great, made fresh in their ovens and worth the wait. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant.
