About Intuitive Pilates
Hello I’m Joana! I am a wife, and a mother of one, with a professional background in Marketing. I’m originally from Mexico but lived in Sweden, UK, USA and currently in Hungary. A series of events in my early thirties led me to make some radical lifestyle changes. I was introduced to the Pilates method after experiencing a lower back injury. Once my back was free of pain, I adopted Pilates as a lifetime practice for its immense benefits; better posture, body awareness, stronger core, a more focused and refreshed mind, among others. The following life-changing event happened after I was diagnosed with [insulin dependant] diabetes at the age of 31, this, as I believe, the end result of chronic stress and a weakened immune system as the main triggers, certainly most likely coped with some genetic predisposition. This took me to make radical changes in my lifestyle as well as in my diet. Yet the most meaningful event that triggered me to materialize my desire for learning holistic nutrition was becoming a mother; the idea of providing the most healthy and nourishing possible diet to my loved ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fun classes and great atmosphere, right in the heart of the city. Attentive teacher, speaking perfect English and paying a good deal of attention to everyone at class. I’m always reluctant to try things with only a few google reviews(their other branch also only has 5 star reviews, but admittedly not a lot of them), but fear not, you’ll be in great hands! Just bring your towel & some water. They also take card payments and have different bundles available, plus you can book online. Highly recommend!

After a few classes I feel motivated to improve my fitness and well-being. I am given a personal approach and feel the attention needed to perform the excercises in the correct way.
They have other classesntjan pilates, webpage very friendly to use, the machines are in excelent condition, clean. Highly recomended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today on the 25th of March to check the yoga with Reka training session and I was a bit late because I couldn't find the location because it is so hidden and I was denied to participate for being late, poor customer service, good luck getting new clients.
After a follow up with Joana which is the owner of Intuitive Pilates, the place have a really great management in which they care about their clients and their customer service. I was assured that Reka was not part of their staff and that they will have a talk with her about what happened.
Great management I recommend to try it out.
