★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called them beforehand to make it clear that we need three rooms housing 4, 1, 3 people respectively. They didnt pay attention and made us book the type of room where max three people can fit. We met a receptionist Alexandra S. with a complete lack of kindness, flexibility or hospitality. She wasn't thinking in solutions but kept telling us that we agreed and we made the reservation. I believe she should change position inside the organisation, because I have never met such a bad attitude from a hotel receptionist.

* Nice pools and spa.
* Helpful staff, speak English well.
* Private and safe parking.
* The rooms are large and pleasant. The balcony is very nice.
* Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety.
Cons:
* Airconditioning was poor (in both rooms we were occupying). We asked for someone to take a look, but were told to wait for next day (after we checked out...).
* A car is a must. The hotel is on a hill and there's not much to do within a walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel with good service. Our stay was not long but we were satisfied. Dinner was delicious, breakfast was not bad, but sometimes staff was not able to fulfill food which was missed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. The rooms are pretty and clean. In my opinion the spa is a bit boring for more than two days but it's clean, quiet and functions well. I would recommend it for everyone also for families.
The staff was polite and nice. I suggest the hotel making more vegetarian food and also a separate plate for the vegetables (it was served next to the meets and had similar taste).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located on a nice hill side with beautiful views, the sauna park has 2 fin saunas 1 steamroom and an infrasauna. Also two smaller pools and a jacuzzi are there.
The breakfast buffet an dinner buffet are well stocked and tasty food.
5 min walk to a nice park with a metal bob track an boat hire on the lake, as 2 swimming parks of which one is the famous grotto Spa.
The massage was great, also as hotel guest you get 2000 huf discount for the massage
The personal is super friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely and polite staff, comfortable rooms with nice view from the balcony. The wellness area is also good, although the massage services are quite overpriced. The food was very basic, this is the only reason why not giving the 5 stars.

It was also convenient location for visitng the cave thermal baths.
