g	gabor szanto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aug. 15.-én időpontra érkeztem. Szinte azonnal megnézték a kocsit és megállapították, hogy lyukas a klímahűtő, csere kell. Alkatrészt csak akkor rendelnek, ha előleget fizetek be (nem nagy összeg)... majd értesítenek, ha megérkezik az alkatrész és egyeztetjük szerelés időpontját. Azonnal befizettem az előleget, amiről kaptam egy cetlit. Eddig minden rendben és gyorsan ment, semmilyen további adatot a kocsiról nem kértek. 15 nap után, 30.-án, telefonon érdeklődtem, mert semmiféle értesítést nem kaptam. Megdöbbenésemre azt közölték, hogy semmiféle megrendelés nem történt, a fent leírtakról semmiféle feljegyzésük nincs. Majd elkérdezték a fél forgalmi engedélyt, amit előző alkalommal azért nem kértek, mert az autósoknál általában nincs forgalmi engedély (sic!). (Az autót ők vizsgálták a helyszínen.). Ezzel lett megrendelésem, mondták és 11 nappal későbbre adtak volna időpontot. Az a szó, hogy 'elnézést' a beszélgetés során egyszer sem hangzott el. "Elfelejtettük felírni, mert közben másik autón dolgoztunk. Mással is előfordul ilyen..." - ennyi volt részükről a kommentár... Azonnal odamentem. Az előleget szó nélkül visszaadták a cetli ellenében. A történet eleje és vége csupa 'happy'! Mindenkinek javaslom! ... vagy mégsem? aug. I arrived on the 15th. They inspected the car almost immediately and found that the air conditioning cooler had to be replaced. Parts will only be ordered if I make an advance payment (not a big sum) ... and will notify you when the part arrives and we will match the date of assembly. Immediately I paid the deposit, which I received a note. So far everything went fine and fast, no further details about the car were requested. After 15 days, on the 30th, I inquired by phone because I had not received any notification. To my astonishment, they stated that no order had been placed, no record of the above. They then asked for the half license, which they didn't ask for the previous time because drivers usually don't have a license (sic!). (The car was inspected at the scene.). With this I got my order, they said and would have made an appointment 11 days later. The word 'sorry' was never uttered during the interview. "We forgot to write it down because we were working on another car. Something else happens ..." - so much was the comment ... I went there immediately. The advance was returned wordlessly against the note. The beginning and the end of the story are all 'happy'! I recommend to everyone! ... or not?

Jól megközelíthető helyen van, és kedves, korrekt, precíz szervíz. Csak ajánlani tudom! I got an appointment very soon and they repaired the climate incredibly fast, within 1 hour + refilled the gas + they also used a UV marker if it leaked later. It is easily accessible and kind, fair, precise service. I can only recommend!

Tény, hogy nem a fehér irodás, titkárnős munkafelvevős hely, cserébe amit megbeszéltünk tartják, a munka eredménye magáért beszél és ezt reális árakon. Én is csak ajánlani tudom. I came here 4 years ago with a recommendation with an impossible mission. Since then, I have been returning here every 1-2 years for air conditioning. It worked for me. In fact, it’s not the white office, secretary recruiting space, in return for what we discussed, the result of the work speaks for itself and does so at realistic prices. I can only recommend it too.

Aki hostes lányos kávéval kínáló szervizre vágyik az nem ezt keresi, de én nem is azért járok ide... ;) Fair, fast and reliable work at an affordable price. If you are looking for a hostess service with girly coffee, you are not looking for this, but I don't come here ...;)
