L	Luis Sano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma sajnos defektet kaptam és mivel 400 méterre voltam tőlük, bementem és reménykedtem benne, hogy szerencsém lesz. Az előttem értékelő segítőkész szakembereket írt. Ezt cáfolom! Közölték, hogy nem érnek rá! Hát.. ennyit a segítőkészségről. Senkinek nem ajánlok egy ilyen céget! Szerencsére a pár száz méterre a közelben volt egy másik szerviz, ahol már tényleg segítőkész emberek voltak és megoldották a dolgot. A Krasznai szerviz nálam leszerepelt. A segítőkészséget felénk nem így csinálják. Today I got a puncture and unfortunately because I was 400 meters away from them, I went in and was hoping to get lucky. He wrote helpful reviewers before me. I refute this! They told me they didn't get it! Well .. so much about helpfulness. I don't recommend such a company to anyone! Fortunately, a few hundred meters away there was another service where they were really helpful people and solved the problem. The Krasznai service got me down. Helpfulness is not done in this way.
K	Kubicsek Tamás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jó hozzáállású szervíz, sokszor megfordultam itt az autómmal szerelési és gumicsere munkával is. Számlát adtak, ami külön jó pont. Komplexebb hibát is megoldottak normális áron. Ha nem tudtak azonnal fogadni, akkor közeli időpontot tudtak adni. Egyszer olyan speciális hibám is volt (akkumulátor valamiért folyton lemerült), amit ugyan nem tudtak végül megoldani, de segítőkészen megpróbáltak segíteni. Good service attitude, many times I came here with my car for assembly and tire replacement work. They gave an invoice, which is a good point. They also solved a more complex error at a normal price. If they weren't able to receive immediately, they could give you a near time. Once upon a time, I had a special problem (the battery was running low for some reason) that they couldn't finally solve, but they were helpful in trying to help.

N	Nikolett Árvainé P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyot csalódtam bennük. Nem értenek az autókhoz és a tulaj is össze vissza hazudik. Amikor odamentem bejelentés nélkül nagyon kedvesek voltak. Sajnos útközben kiderült, hogy motort kell cserélni az autómban, amiről nem szóltak és visszaengedtek a forgalomba gyerekkel. Pár héttel a motorcsere után, amit nem ők végeztek el, nem indult az autóm. Mivel itt lakom a szomszédban átvittem az autót, hogy csináljanak vele valamit. Azt mondták, hogy kiiktatatták az AGR szelepet és most már működik, de ki kell rajta cserélni 60e ft-ért. Ugyan úgy nem indult az autó. Elvittem máshova, ahol megállapították, hogy semmi baja nincs az AGR szelepnek, csak nincsen beállítva. 1 db kábel köteget kellett az autón kicserélni. Miután megkapta az autó az összes beállítást, szépen működik, ami 23 ft-omba került. Még jó, hogy nem cseréltettem ki az AGR-t. I was very disappointed in them. They don’t understand the cars and the owner also lies back lying. When I went there without notice they were very kind. Unfortunately, on the way it turned out that my engine had to be replaced in my car, which was not talked about and released back into the market with a child. A few weeks after the engine change, which they didn’t do, my car didn’t start. Since I live here next door, I transferred the car to do something with it. The EGR valve was said to have been shut down and is now operational but needs to be replaced for 60e ft. The car didn't start anyway. I took it elsewhere where it was found that there was nothing wrong with the EGR valve, it was just not set. 1 cable bundle had to be replaced on the car. Once the car got all the settings, it works nicely, which cost me 23 ft. It’s good that I didn’t replace the AGR.

Sajnos módosítanom kellett az időpontotot, de gond nélkül instant tudtak aznapra alternatív időpontot is adni. Csakis javasolni tudom őket. They were a very kind manager and staff and did a very good job. Unfortunately, I had to change the time, but without any problems, they could give me an alternative time for that day. I can only recommend them.

A főkapun behajtva ameddig csak lehet egyenesen majd balra kanyarodva a szemközti szürke vaskapu mögött működnek. Szerencsére a tulajdonos figyel rá, hogy jól ki legyenek táblázva. Mindig számíthatok rájuk :) The service is located on the former industrial property in Csurgói út. They fold behind the main gate behind the opposite gray iron gate when they drive straight as far as they will go and then turn left. Fortunately, the owner makes sure they are well tabulated. I can always count on them :)
