★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Két hete bevittem a kocsit reggel nyolcra mert hibakódot dobott fel, mondtam h nem sürgős a kocsi nyugodtan nézzék aznap át. Délután 3 körül felhívtam Őket és közölték, hogy azt mondtam h nem sürgős uh várjak, majd hívnak... Később beszéltem velük, hogy alkatrészre van szükség amit nem tudják h mikor tudnak beszerezni de ha kiadják a hiba javítása előtt akkor garanciát veszít a kocsi. Másnap közölték h egy hét az alkatrész. Eltelt a hét és hívogatom Őket, telefonon a hölgy a "Mikorra várható, hogy elkészül az autó?" kérdésre azt válaszolja, h továbbítja a kérdést a szervizes kollégának és vissza fognak hívni. Nem hívnak vissza... Két nap után felhívtak, hogy tesztelik az autót, jönnek-mennek vele, hogy visszajön-e a hiba, talán holnap-holnapután visszakapjuk a kocsit.... Én nem hozok ide kocsit többet!
Two weeks ago I took the car to eight in the morning because I threw up an error code, I said h not urgent the car feel free to look over that day. Around 3 in the afternoon I called them and told me I said h not urgent uh wait and then they will call ... Later I talked to them that they need parts they don't know h when they can get them but if they are released before the fault is repaired the car loses its warranty. The next day it was reported h a week for the part. The week has passed and I call them, phoning the lady with "When is the car expected to be ready?" answer the question by h forwarding the question to the service colleague and they will call you back. They don't call me back ... After two days they called to test the car, they come and go with it to see if the fault comes back, maybe we'll get the car back tomorrow or the day after tomorrow .... I won't bring a car here anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kár, hogy nulla *-ot nem lehet adni. Még azt sem hiszem el nekik, amit kérdeznek. Terelős, hitegetős, átvágós banda. Amit állításuk szerint garanciában javítottak, annak nyoma sincs a szervizbejegyzésben. Hogy miért? Hát ezt Tőlük kell megkérdezni. Hát így biztos hogy lehet a Ford meghibásodási statisztikát javítani. Messze nagyívben kerülendők!
