A személyzet felkészült. The accommodation is impeccable the rooms are clean. The buffet in the restaurant is a bit difficult to walk around! The food is delicious just the selection could be more! Minden összhangban van, gyönyörű a környezet, az épület kertjei a virágok a dísznövények csodás harmóniát képeznek! A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész! A konyha kiváló, nagyon finomakat ettünk. Sajnos a spa rész teljesen még nem üzemelt a vírus helyzet miatt de így is meg voltunk vele elégedve! A szobánk is szép és tiszta volt. Kérhető a szobába az érkezés napjára sütemény tál, na az fantasztikusan finom és változatos volt, csak ajánlani tudom!! Everything is in harmony, the environment is beautiful, the gardens of the building, the flowers and the ornamental plants form a wonderful harmony! The staff is extremely kind and helpful! The cuisine is excellent, we ate very delicious. Unfortunately the spa part was not fully operational yet due to the virus situation but we were still happy with it! Our room was nice and clean too. You can request a cake bowl for the room on the day of arrival, well it was fantastically delicious and varied, I can only recommend it !!

Snídaně bufetové a moc dobré(2 druhy parečků, 2 druhy vajec a možnost nechat si udělat čerstvou omeletu atd., lívance, kaše, salát, sýrová a šunková mísa, 10 druhů pečiva, jogurty, veganské jogurty a "mléka", výběr sypaných čajů a automat na různé druhy kávy.. Atd.. ) Večeře taky bufetové - výběr z několika druhů mas(kuře, vepřové a ryba + něco dalšího včetně zvěřiny)sýry, přílohy, zelenina, dezerty, uzeniny, 2 polévky...????????????☕? ... Snad jen jedna nevýhoda, že při polopenzi nejsou v ceně večer nápoje... Jedná sklenka vína nebo piva by neškodila..cena piva kolem 900 HUF Mají i 2 dráhy na bowling. ? Bazény mimo sezónu dostačující při kombinování s lázněmi. Trošku nás mrzelo, že byly střídavě vypuštěné léčivé bazény, sauna nebyla zapnutá a pára jeden den nesvítila a další den svítila, ale nefungovala... Ale nikam jsme to řešit nešli, takže možná by sis tím personál poradil.?‍♀️ Pokoj hezký s balkónkem s výhledem na pole ? Doporučuji... The staff was very nice. Nice entrance hall. A személyzet láthatóan nem volt felkészülve egy komolyabb fogyasztásra és vendéglátóhoz méltatlanul viselkedtek, feladatukat ellátni képtelenek voltak, illetlenül viselkedtek. Többet nem jövünk ide. We used the hotel desk with a small group of friends after a pleasant dinner. The staff were apparently unprepared for a more serious consumption and behaved unworthily to a caterer, unable to perform their duties, or behaving inappropriately. We won't come here anymore.
