One of the best hotels in Hungary, excellent spa and wellness area, really friendly staff. The food was also very good. We were satisfied!

Nice SPA hotel which needs a bit of renovating, but serves its purpose. Rooms are nice and cosy but the furniture looks a bit worn. Food is good and the variety is generous, but don't expect it to be spectacular. On the other hand, saunas are small but really nice and if one of them is crowded there are plenty of others to choose from. The whole SPA area is great and considering you will spend most of the time here, other negatives could easily be ignored. My biggest complaint is that after you check out you can't pay anything using your credit card. It has to be either cash or room number which I found a bit annoying.

The rooms are fancy and big enough and the food was always delicious. At the end nobody mentioned that the sauna towels have to be returned to the spa and I had to go back to the room twice (they forget to mention the robe) in order to avoid further fees. All this when you're in a hurry while checking out. However, it is a nice place to stay.

Nice place, perfect food, Asian atmosphere, good facilities. The stuff speaks almost only Hungarian. Although the hotel is not old, some of the facilities needs to be repaired. I think it is bad result of the building company's job.

Breakfast and dinner top class, great and many options. Room was clean, matrass was to hard, needs a change, the shower was oke, for a tall person not really comfy. The bar in the main lobby opens at 10am but there is not a single person to order from. At least have someone seated there for people who want to order a coffee or a drink. Swimming pool was nice and clean.

Really good in this category + nice rooms and building, good sauna sessions, kind staff, tasty breakfast and dinner, afternoon hot Wein and cookies. - really uncomfortable beds in the sauna area and I missed the cold diving pool.

Very relaxing, stress-free get away This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. All the employees were very friendly and welcoming from the beginning. We had the best sauna séance ever and the masseurs were great and professional too. The spa area is just perfect. It is really cool that you have an opportunity to play bowling as well. The service was exceptional in terms of my dairy free diet, I was able to choose from different choices every day and the staff brought me dairy free cakes every day. I can only recommend this place for a stress-free get away. Points that can be improved: - it would be great if there was a pool table as well in the hotel or a game room - during the check-in procedure, the staff could highlight the animation opportunities and if any of them will be cancelled - the furniture in the sauna area and salt room are not the most comfortable ones - the furniture in the room, especially in the bathroom is quite worn out - the restaurant staff could be nicer in the morning and evening service and smile more often - the breakfast menu could have wider choices (fruit salad, varied pastries, ect) Thank you for everything. I am sure we will be back.

The hotel does not live up to the 4 stars quality that you would expect as a guest. The rooms are worn out, there seems to be no care for renovation. One of the saunas in the spa area was simply not working, the spa beds are not so comfortable. The food during breakfast and dinner is quite avarage, it does not live up to 4 stars rather 3. We did not have a great experience with the staff either. I had written to the hotel pre-stay that I have specific dietary needs, no attention was given to me during breakfast and dinner. During check-in the receptionist gave us a rather quick overview where everything is (like he did not have time for us) and when we went down to ask questions where everything is they were rather rude to us. Another occasion we went down at 9pm to ask if we could buy some snacks in the hotel and the staff found it ridiculous that someone would want to eat that late in the evening and made us feel very uncomfortable by being disrespectful and rude. I can imagine that this hotel was great once it opened but nowadays it does not give great value for your money.
