Nagyon kellemetlen. Nem adtam volna egy csillagot, ha ezt a problémát nem jeleztük volna állandóan. A hozzáállásukon nagyon sokat kellene javítani, mert nem mi vagyunk értük.

Very unpleasant. I wouldn’t have given a star if we hadn’t indicated this problem all the time. Their attitudes need to be improved a lot because we are not for them.
