Laut Homepage betragen die Versandkosten 6,90 bzw. 8,90 nach Österreich. in einem E-Mail wurde mir aber erklärt, ich müsse 12,90 bezahlen.
Auf meine Frage, warum das so sei, erhielt ich die Antwort, ich solle lesen lernen bevor ich bestelle. Daraufhin erfolgte der Hinweis, dass man seine Homepage noch einmal anschauen solle und die Bitte, mir die 4 Euro mehr zu erläutern kam ein viertes mal.
Daraufhin wurde meine Bestellung einfach storniert, das Geld rücküberwiesen und eine E-Mail mit dem Kommentar "Ich habe einfach Ihre E-Mail gelöscht"

According to the homepage, the shipping costs to Austria are 6.90 and 8.90 respectively. in an email I was told that I had to pay 12.90.
When I asked why this was the case, I received the answer that I should learn to read before I order. Then there was a notice that you should look at his homepage again and the request to explain the 4 euros more came a fourth time.
My order was then simply canceled, the money transferred back and an email with the comment "I simply deleted your email"
