A söfőr hozzállásának színvonala alulmúlja a Magyar Posta Logisztikát is, pedig ők sem az ügyfélközpontúságukról híresek. Az ügyféltájékoztatás nagyon hiányos, érdemes lenne az ügyfeleket írásban tájékoztatni legalább a kiszállítás napjáról, a szóbeli (félre) tájékoztatás helyett.
Only select them as a delivery option if you have no other option. The quality of the driver's attitude is also lower than that of Magyar Posta Logistics, although they are not famous for their customer focus either. Customer information is very incomplete, it would be worthwhile to inform customers in writing at least about the date of delivery, instead of verbal (aside) information.
