★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem egy értesítést, vagy telefonhívást sem kaptam amikor hozták a megrendelt terméket. A csomagkövetési szám ellenőrzéséből derült csak ki, hogy a depóban van már az áru. A raktár nem a megadott címen volt, és telefonon sem lehetett őket elérni, mivel az a szám már nem élt. Pár évvel ezelőtt is ez volt a probléma, semmi sem változott... A többi csomagszállító tud telefonon hívni, vagy értesítést hagyni, még a posta is!
I did not receive any notification or phone call when the product was ordered. Checking the tracking number only revealed that the depot already had the goods. The store was not at the address provided and could not be reached by phone as that number was no longer available. This was a problem a few years ago, nothing has changed ... Other parcel carriers can call or leave a message, even the post office!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az egy dolog, hogy nincs telefonos értesítés sem, de hogy az ajtón hagyott cetlin nincs semmilyen elérhetőség feltüntetve....az ciki, de ami ennél is szarabb, hogy ide-oda szomszédba beb@@zák az ember csomagjait úgy, hogy még erről tájékoztatást sem - illetve ha igen akkor nem megfelelőt kap az ember. És ha meg utánvéttel rendel valaki pont az előző okok miatt- akkor meg érdekes módon ugy jelenik meg a rendszerben a sikertelen kézbesítés- hogy otthon vagyunk. Ez milyen szolgáltatás szinvonal???!!!!
The one thing is that there is no phone notification either, but that the cetlin left on the door does not have any contact information .... the ciki, but what's even shorter, to be back and forth next door beb @@ zák man's luggage so that even more about it information - or if so, one does not get the right one. And if you order a cash on delivery for the previous reasons - then, interestingly, the delivery system will appear in the system - that we are at home. What kind of service level is this ??? !!!!
