До пляжа пешком не дойдёшь, а с детьми и подавно. Рядом нет ни магазина ни ресторана ни кафе. Парковка на пару машин, не удобная капец. Заезд не удобный, можно поцарапать авто. При съезде будьте готовы к тотальной проверке помещения. Проверяет даже, как сливает бачок в унитазе и не перегорели ли лампочки. Своих денег не стоит.
