S	Sylwia Owczarczyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania. Blisko tramwaj z którego bardzo często korzystałam, a do lini metra jeden przystanek tramwajowy. Po drodze sklepik spożywczy. Pokój schludny, wystarczająco miejsca zarówno w kuchni, łazience jak i pokoju dla 2 osób. Minusem położenie budynku apartamentu, a mianowicie na wzniesieni, gdzie trzeba się wspinać po schodach (dla leniwych i osób z niewydolnym układem oddechowym może być ciężko). Samo mieszkanie na parterze, w oficynie się mieści. Jeśli ktoś chce widoków z okna niech zapomni. Jedyne okna to w pokoju z widokiem na ścianę kamienicy postawiona ok 1metr od okien. Ma to jednak swoje plusy, gdyż osoby palące papierosy mają gdzie wyjść na dymka, na zewnątrz mieści się krzesełka i stolik gdzie można zjeść śniadanie przy pięknej pogodzie. Mur i ściany porośnięte bluszczem, gdzie wszystko może wyglądać ładnie w okresie letnim. Minus za garnek i patelnie, które powinny być koniecznie wymienione na nowe (patelnia teflonowa z odchodzącym teflonem)- Sugerowała bym dokupić łopatkę drewnianą. Minus za brak pojemników w szafce np zwykłego słoika, w który można przesypiać sól, mąkę czy pudełko na przyprawy. Pozostawione w szafce np herbata czy kawa przechodzi zapachami przypraw. Są to jednak małe niedociągnięcia, możliwe do korekty.W mieszkaniu brak tv, jednak przy całodziennym wychodzeniu na zwiedzanie, nie był potrzebny. Okres, w którym przebywałam to marzec/kwiecień, kiedy było zimno. Plusem ogrzewanie kaloryferowe, które dobrze dogrzewało mieszkanie. Właściciel wyrozumiały, w związku z opóźnionym przylotem fatygował się dwa razy po nas, gdyż przekazanie kluczy dopiero za drugim razem doszło do skutku-przez nasze zmiany planów. Kontakt z właścicielem i wydanie kluczy osobiście, co rzadko się zdarza, większość wynajmujących w Europie odsyła do filmików i skrytek. Ogólnie miejsce godne polecenia i gdybym wracała zatrzymałabym się tam jeszcze raz. A very good starting point for sightseeing. Close to a tram that I used very often, and one tram stop to the metro line. A grocery store on the way. Room tidy, enough space in the kitchen, bathroom and a room for 2 people. The downside is the location of the apartment building, namely on a hill, where you have to climb stairs (it can be difficult for the lazy and people with inadequate respiratory system). The apartment itself is located on the ground floor, in the outbuilding. If anyone wants views from the window, forget it. The only windows are in the room with a view of the wall of the tenement house, about 1 meter from the windows. However, this has its advantages, because smokers have a place to go out for a smoke, outside there are chairs and a table where you can eat breakfast in fine weather. A wall and walls overgrown with ivy, where everything can look nice during the summer. Minus for the pot and pans, which should necessarily be replaced with new ones (Teflon pan with teflon peeling off) - I would suggest buying a wooden spatula. The minus for the lack of containers in the cabinet, e.g. a regular jar into which you can put salt, flour or a spice box. If, for example, tea or coffee is left in the cupboard, it smells of spices. These are, however, small shortcomings, possible to be corrected. There is no TV in the apartment, but when going out all day, it was not needed. The period I stayed was March / April when it was cold. On the plus side, radiator heating kept the apartment warm. The owner was understanding, due to the delayed arrival he busted us twice, because the handover of the keys took place only the second time - due to our change of plans. Contacting the owner and handing over the keys in person, which is rare, most landlords in Europe refer to videos and lockers. Overall, a place worth recommending and if I was going back, I would stay there again.

a	ania wawszkiewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to short trip to Budapest. Place is very close to Halászbástya, Mátyás Templom and Castle District. Small but cosy flat is perfect for a weekend. Full of positive energy host. I sincerely recommend.

If you are staying here you should have planned to visit the Old Town, Matthias Church, Buda Castle and surrounding attractions. Here is the good news - most attractions are within a 30 minutes walk! For tourists looking for authentic Hungarian food, the selection is abundant too, with a street of restaurants set adjacent to Matthias Church, against the backdrop of the scenic old town. Coming back to the apartment, the Wifi is stable but not too fast. Then again, if you are roaming with a tourist SIM, this would not be a worry.
