Gondoltam átkérik a budaőrsi üzletből, ahol volt. Sajnos nem így történt, azt mondták nincs rá lehetőség. Furcsa, hogy ezt az egyszerű szolgáltatást nem tudták megoldani. Csalódottan távoztam. Nem sikerüt megtalálnom keresett terméket, az eladó hölgyeknek maximális tisztelet az eligazodás és segitőkészségük miatt is. Nem találtam méretben megfelelő cipőt, de ez a lábméretem miatt,általában így történik. :( Ettől függetlenül ,lehetne választék kisebb méretekből is. Értem,hogy nem a "kevés", kislábú emberre igazítják a piacot,de akkor a kislábú emberek nem is léteznek? Nem csak 43-45-ös lábbal élnek emberek... Egy 3 hetes foszló vállpántú táskának az árát szerettük volna visszakérni, mert 1,5 hónapon belül már 2x kellett cserélni a táskát. Az előző táska árát a másik üzletükben simán visszaadták volna, de mi akkor cserét kértünk. Most hogy 3 hétig sem bírta a táska, az árát kértük vissza. De ők fogyasztóvédelmi előírásokra meg üzleti eljárásokra hivatkozva ezt megtagadták, cserét ajánlottak. Ügyfél politikából egyes a banda. Szégyelljék magukat.
