K	Kacper Wilczyński on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to stay in Budapest. You can find other customers hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. Weird red dark stains, are to be found all over the sheets. Dust is everywhere. I am highly allergic and unfortunately I couldn't stay in that place. The last thing that convinced us to leave this place imidiately were the bugs. We have left the package of the sandwich on the floor for 20 minutes. After that it was all covered with ants and other little creatures. The worst part of visiting this place (besides the bugs) was contact with the owner. We contacted him, and demand that we want our money back and we won't stay in his place and we are leaving. Finally he charged us for one night (we haven't stayed there for longer than 2 hours) and said to us that bugs and dust, are INCLUDED in the price. Horrible experience, definitely not recommended that place. You can find many, many more places to stay in Budapest which will be around the same price but much cosier and most of all, clean.

Power went out at some point in the night before we left and came on just as we left at about 8am, didn't love that but it happens I guess. For the price you can't go wrong. Comfortable beds and very clean in a good location.

I booked a room late at night, but I didn’t receive any information from the hotel, so I wasted one night and there was no refund. I went to find it the next day. The hotel service staff negotiated, but he refused to meet. Instead, he kept communicating on the phone. He did not speak Hungarian or German. In short, it was a very bad experience. I would never recommend this hotel.
H	Henri Henn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is filthy. As I checked in I found blood and hair on the bed (during a pandemic... which makes it even worse). The floor was covered with hair. I spent less than 5 mins in the room, then tried to contact the given number. After the failed attempts I mailed them photos with a msg stating that I would leave this accommodation immediately, asking to refund my money. The only answer, which I got was that they were sorry, and they would try to resolve the thing. This never happened, they can not be reached. (Booking.com failed to reached them too. They will also not help you to get your money back. All they said to give this place a one star review.) So I would NOT advice anyone to book here.

It was smelling incredibly bad inside, some mix of cigarettes, drain, and damp, and I didn’t want to smell like that. No window in the room (no9). The building also looks shabby from the outside and inside too). Ancient towels, dirty walls ? read the worst reviews first (which I missed to do) before reserving.
