Italiano: Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento Little Texas. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Peccato che l’appartamento sia risultato fatiscente, con evidente sporco in diversi punti della stanza, un fazzoletto lasciato per terra dagli ospiti precedenti, i battiscopa rotti. Ma la parte peggiore è arrivata il secondo giorno, quando ci siamo accorti che la doccia era inutilizzabile (non l’avevamo ancora usata): il piatto doccia non lasciava defluire l’acqua e, essendo separato dal resto del pavimento solo da un piccolo bordo in alluminio, si è presto allagato anche il resto del bagno. Inoltre c’erano diversi capelli che galleggiavano, segno che non erano nemmeno state fatte le pulizie prima del nostro arrivo. Abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura sperando potesse risolvere, ma ci hanno detto che essendo sera non potevano aiutarci. La mattina successiva ci hanno chiesto se potevano passare per controllare la doccia, ma ovviamente eravamo a visitare la città, e quando abbiamo detto di risentirci nel pomeriggio sono scomparsi. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare sistemazione per il resto della nostra vacanza perchè la doccia era sporca e inutilizzabile, oltre al fatto che l’host non ci ha fornito alcuna assistenza. Sappiamo che il prezzo era ottimo, e che può sempre capitare qualche intoppo… ma addirittura la doccia sporca dagli ospiti precedenti proprio no! A mai più rivederci! English: We stayed at the Little Texas apartment. The location is great for walking to downtown. Too bad the apartment was dilapidated, with obvious dirt in several places in the room, a handkerchief left on the floor by previous guests, broken baseboards. But the worst part came on the second day, when we realized that the shower was unusable (we hadn't used it yet): the shower tray wouldn't let the water drain, and since it was separated from the rest of the floor only by a small aluminum rim, it soon flooded the rest of the bathroom as well. In addition, there were several hairs floating around, a sign that cleaning had not even been done prior to our arrival. We tried to contact the facility hoping they could fix it, but they told us that since it was evening they could not help us. The next morning they asked if they could come by to check on the shower, but of course we were sightseeing, and when we said to resent them in the afternoon they disappeared. We had to change accommodations for the rest of our vacation because the shower was dirty and unusable, in addition to the fact that the host provided no assistance. We know the price was great, and that something unexpected can always happen--but even the dirty shower from previous guests was too much! See you never again!
