Korábban mindig nagyon meg voltunk elégedve, utazás előtt általában felhívtak megerősítésképpen és ami a legfontosabb: pontosan indultunk a reptérre és visszafelé hamar kijöttek értünk. Sajnos a legutolsó augusztusi foglalásunk csalódás volt. Odafelé kb 25-30 perc késéssel sikerült elindulni, és még csak elnézést sem kértek a kellemetlenségért… Visszafelé a megígért 15 perc helyett 1/2 órát vártunk a transzferre. Legközelebb más társaság szolgáltatásait választjuk.
We have been parking with them for years when traveling by plane. We had always been very pleased in the past, they were usually called in for confirmation before the trip and most importantly: we headed right to the airport and came back for us soon. Unfortunately, our last booking in August was a disappointment. We managed to get there with a delay of about 25-30 minutes, and we didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Next time, we will choose the services of another company.
