Ügyintéző közli velem, hogy ez most nem lehetséges mert ma egyedül van és túl sok idő ezt intézni és mi van ha majd jön másik ügyfél? Kénytelen voltam másik fiókba menni ahol ugyanúgy sorbanállás nélkül 10 perc alatt el tudták ezt intézni! Nevetséges. Gondolom ha éppenséggel számlát nyitni akartam volna vagy esetleg hitelt felvenni akkor rögtön kiszolgáltak volna.

Persze ha nem szólok, hogy itt vagyok, még most is ott ülnék. Az ügyintézők ebben a bankfiókban munka helyett inkább kávézgatnak az emeleten. D	D C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamento responder desta forma mas espero que algo possa ser feito, o atendimento ao cliente não tem organização e responsabilidade individual do trabalhador, para além da Higiene não apenas a situação do momento sobre o famoso COVID 19 mas sim sobre limpeza geral, demasiado pó em todos os lugares, as placas de proteção para contacto no balcão ao cliente tem ....vejam as fotos um pequeno exemplo. Devemos ser mais responsáveis mas vocês deveriam ser mais limpos. Estas fotos tiradas hoje são postadas para desmontar que dá última vez mais de um mês ainda continuam desta forma. Sr. Gerente tenha mais um pouco responsabilidade e respeito do seu posto de trabalho. PS. Nao quero ofender ninguém, quero apenas que façam melhor por todos nós. DC.
