A	Attila Huszár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kiterjesztett garancia biztositasukat az alabb leirt story miatt senkinek nem ajanlom. 2019. november vegen jelentettem be, hogy meghibasodott a moso-szaritogepunk. A bejelentesem utan 3 hetig erdemi elorelepes nem tortent. Tobbszori erdeklodesemre minden alkalommal azt a valaszt kaptam, hogy a lakhelyemen mincs szerzodott partner szerviz. Erosen ketelkedem abban, hogy Egerben, egy megyeszekhelyen nincs hivatalos markaszervize az Elektroluxnak... Tobbszori telefonos reklamaciomra reagalva vegul december kozepen kuldtek egy szerelot Budapestrol...a regi lakcimemre. Elmondasuk szerint nem tajekoztattam a biztositot, hogy megvaltozott a lakcimem. Ez az allitas mar csak azert sem allja meg a helyet, mert a keszuleket ugyanezen garanciakiterjesztes kereten belul mar javitottak egy alkalommal 2019. oktobereben, es akkor erdekes modon tudta a szerelo, hogy Egerbe kell jonni erte. Ezek utan ujabb varakozas kovetkezett, majd vegul hivast kaptam az egyik szerzodott partner szerviztol, hogy a nem letezo Egri markaszerviz elvinne a gepet. Azonban mivel mar december 17. van es az ev vegi szabadsagolasok miatt 2019-ben erdemi elorelepes nem varhato az ugyben, halasszuk az elszallitast 2020-ra. Vegul 2020. januar 08-an szallitotta el a nem letezo Egri markaszerviz ket nagyon keszseges technikusa a gepet. Jelenleg a hiba megallapitasa zajlik a szervizben, majd ezutan a javitasi koltsegek ismereteben szukseges a biztosito hozzajarulasa a javitashoz, ami gondolom ujra megakasztja majd a folyamatot egy-ket hetre. Osszessegeben vasaroltam egy tobb eves garancia kiterjesztest, hogy a gyari garancia lejarta utan se kelljen meghibasodas eseten magas javitasi koltsegekkel szamolnom, de tulajdonkeppen jobban jartam volna, ha ennek kolstsegen megjavittatom a gepet a nem letezo Egri markaszervizben. Responding to my repeated telephone complaints, in the middle of December, they sent a mechanic from Budapest ... to my old address. According to them, I didn't tell the commissioner that my address was real. After that, another deal came to my attention, and I finally got a contract from one of our contracted partner services to let the non-enduring Eger dealership take the machine. However, since December 17th and due to the final vacancies of the year, in early 2019, the forwarding of Erdem is not possible, let us postpone the delivery to 2020. On January 08, 2020, the very good technician of the Eger had delivered the machine to the not-so-busy Eger dealer. Right now, the problem is being fixed by the service, and then, in the knowledge of the repair service, it is necessary for the insurer to contribute to the repair, which I think will delay the process for another week. In general, I bought a one-year warranty extension to avoid having to repair high repair costs after the expiration of the factory warranty, but I'd rather have the machine repaired by a non-authorized Eger dealer.

Á	Ágnes Pelczéder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saját hibámon kívül kellett felfüggeszteni a biztosításom, ezek után a töredékét kapom vissza a befizetett összegnek. Felháborító, hogy mindenféle költségre hivatkozva lenyúltak kb. félmillió forintot, mikor az egész befizetés volt nem egészen 700 E Ft! Aljas, lenyúlós banda! Messzire kerülje mindenki!!! Outside of my own fault, my insurance had to be suspended, after which I get back a fraction of the amount paid. It is outrageous that they crawled for approx. half a million forints, when the whole payment was less than 700 thousand HUF! Wicked, downtrodden gang! Keep everyone away !!!

Messze kerulni, ha nem akarsz 10 évnyi befizetest veszni hagyni. Ez szigorúan magánvélemény. He bounces off the customer. Clerk key phrase: "Don't want to understand, you don't have to understand!" Csöngetni kellett és valaki odasétált az ajtóhoz és kulccsal kinyitotta. Ezután bevezettek a tulajdonképpeni ügyfélszolgálatra, ami egy kb.10 m2es szoba volt. Amiért odamentem, azt el tudtam intézni. It was strange that the customer service moved to a place where there is no parking available. The next surprise was access.
