★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All processes are overcomplicated, not professional at all, they just wanna be, moreover they cannot give accurate and prompt solution for the problems. (IN THE CENTER of the K&H insurance company) They're not loyal to their customers, involveing a third party (Magyar Posta) to send information (unnecessarily), and they send only useless information and commercial via email or by phone. You must "pray" to get back your money, that they were using for months without any contract with you. They do not admit anything, blaming you all the time, even so, if you admited your fault and even though you accept the extra justifiable "penalty fee". I will never get in contact with K&H Bank&Insurance, they are not recommended by me, not reliable at all. I am very disappointed, and dissatisfied with them (our relation took 3 years) never ever. :(
