★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Édesanyám rendelt tőlük...... nehéz szavakba foglalni hogy milyen aljas és gerinctelen cég ez!
A történet annyi hogy édesanyám 2 ruhát rendelt tőlük. A ruhákat futár hozta ki, de az összeg csak egy ruhára vonatkozott. Magyarul hibásan számlázták. Mivel annyi volt a csomagon, ezért édesanyám kifizette és átvette a ruhákat.
Ezt követően kb. 2 hét múlva édesanyám kapott egy e-mailt a webáruházból hogy ha van olyan jó indulatú akkor azt szeretnék kérni hogy utalja vissza a másik ruha árát mert nekik ez hiány...... Már itt megjegyezném hogy FIZETÉS UTÁN NINCS REKLAMÁCIÓ!! Nem hogy 2 hét múlva, hiszen az ő hibájuk volt.
Mindezek ellenére édesanyám volt olyan jó indulatú hogy felajánlotta visszautalja a pénzt amit tudja, mert jelenleg nincs otthon.
Válaszként édesanyám Facebook profiljára írogatni kezdtek hogy annyi esze nincs hogy kifizesse a ruhát, zaklatták, rágalmazták.
Hogy engedhet meg egy üzlet ilyet???
Természetesen lépünk az ügyben, de senkinek sem ajánlom ezt a komolytalan üzletet!

My mother ordered from them ...... it's hard to put into words what a vile and invertebrate company it is!
The story is so much that my mother ordered 2 clothes from them. The clothes were brought out by courier, but the amount was only for one dress. Invoiced incorrectly in Hungarian. Because there were so many on the package, my mother paid for and took over the clothes.
After that approx. 2 weeks later my mother received an e-mail from the web store that if she is so good-natured then I would like to ask you to refund the price of the other dress because it is missing for them ...... I would already note here THAT THERE IS NO COMPLAINT AFTER PAYMENT !! Not that in 2 weeks, as it was their fault.
Despite all this, my mother was so benevolent that she offered to return the money she knows because she is not currently at home.
In response, they started writing on my mother’s Facebook profile that she didn’t have enough sense to pay for the dress, she was harassed, slandered.
How can a business afford this ???
Of course we will take action, but I do not recommend this frivolous deal to anyone!
Outrageous!
