★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot contact after purchasing item. They refuse to return the item even after having bill and stuff within 30days. They say person who bought have to remain present. It is not possible for travellers. And they cannot speak in english on phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible sellers ever. I wanted to buy a dress and one of the women at the changing room literally screamed at me for not putting the item in front of her but putting it on the rail in front of the cabins.
I used to buy clothes from Bershka but after a seller screams at me in this shop, I'll never ever buy a thing from this brand. And will make sure every single one of my friends is aware, to avoid Bershka. Get educated and skillful sellers!
