Very comfortable seating and atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cinema, plenty of options, original version, English with Hungarian subtitles and dubbed. Popcorn with drink is reasonable, I would recommend book online if you can but you will get a seat if you turn up, it just might not be your preferred seat/area. It's always clean enough inside, busy at the weekend but not so much through the week. toilets are ok, always clean. All in all easy place to get to near nyugati, good for a date night with an Italians 1 floor down or a family outing.

The only problem are the roaches in the toilets.
Despite this they deserve the 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought tickets to see a film in 4dx, and when we got to our seats, we realized the newly released film wouldn't be in English.
I went to the office and the staff didn't hesitate to offer us a choice of another movie or refund for the ticket price.
They also looked up other options for the same movie in another theater, and helped us book those.
Great customer service. ✅✅✅✅✅

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to Hungary for Xmas and came to this cinema for my first viewing of Spiderman No Way Home... and for a foreigner coming in - this was a great first experience in a cinema in Hungary!
The cinema had posters and statues from different films and gave off a "big cinema" vibe and made it feel like the first time I came to a cinema as a kid.
Prices were reasonable (or as "reasonable" as it could be for a cinema in Budapest), cinema was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating.
My only "complaint" was that we ordered a large drink and got given a 1ltr bottle and would be charged extra for cups... Fortunately price wise everything was cheaper than it was in the UK so it didn't hurt too much ?
Definitely recommended.
