C	Christophe Waechter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly welcome. 2 customers for 5 employees and a broken system (to manage the dispatch). Still nobody makes any signal, so after waiting 10 min I turn to one idle salesgirl and ask. What an unfriendly gaze she gave me. I must wait until she calls me. 10 other min already waiting and still 2times more staff than customers. I would rather go; need to stay though. Review note 1.8 totally deserved!
M	Mi Tsukamoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sure they have improved their service after all those bad mouthing reviews. There are at least two English speaking staff available and she helped me very well. The other guy on the next desk also dealt with international customer and was doing a good job. Yes wait time was kinda long, about 40mins but in that case I brought a mini computer so that I can work on another project. Things were handled efficiently after my number was called out and I had my contract done in 20mins. I'm happy with the service, you just need to get prepared for the service you want to purchase and wait time.

Eventually I got help from calling their customer service number.

After two weeks I had to go to the office to find out what was going on. Only to be informed that my contract had been cancelled without my permission and nobody had the courtesy to inform me. The girl attending to me was absolutely mannerless. I won’t recommend their services to anyone.

Today I can’t charge my phone number Second part :) I came at 18:24 to charge my phone and they already closed , but on schedule working hours 10:00-20:00 ) Best company )

I have been here 2 months and still the technician haven't come to install my broadband appointments are not honored and you can't speak to anyone that speaks English on the phone so you have to physically visit the store. So disappointing overall
