A Samsonite (!) táskámon kértem cipzár cserét, amit ráadásul ajándékba kaptam (tehát egy kedves emlék is számomra). A 6000 Ft-ot egy cipzár cseréért eleve kicsit soknak találtam, de végül is volt rajta egy olyan díszítés, ami takarja a cipzárt, ráadásul kétoldalt, így gondoltam, hogy elég babra-munka, tulajdonképpen nem is sok. Ma elmentem érte és az úr közölte, hogy adjak még 1500 Ft-ot, mert egy dologgal nem számolt, hogy valamit még szét kellett bontani a táskán, így a varrónőnek neki még kell adnia 1500 Ft-ot. Ráadásul levágta a kétoldali díszítést is (magyarul megspórolta a munka nehéz részét), így elég pocsékul néz ki, látszik a cipzár. Ez a pitiáner pofátlanság annyira meglepett, hogy kifizettem az 1500 Ft-ot. Azt gonolom, hogy ha a díszítést le kell vágni, akkor azt előre kellett volna közölni és mivel a többletköltséggel ő hibázott, úgy lett volna tisztességes, ha ezt a pénzt "benyeli". Az már csak hab a tortán, hogy még elnézést sem kért, hanem az egészet "tetszik vagy sem, ez van" stílusban közölte. Senkinek sem ajánlom, tisztességtelen, pitiáner alak. I found the HUF 6,000 for a zipper replacement to be a bit too much, but in the end it had a decoration that covers the zipper, and on both sides, so I thought it was quite a bit of bean work, actually not much. Today I went for it and the gentleman told me to give me another 1500 HUF because I didn't care about one thing that something had to be disassembled in the bag, so the seamstress still had to give her 1500 HUF. In addition, he cut off the two-sided decoration (in Hungarian he saved the hard part of the work), so it looks pretty lousy, the zipper looks. This pitiful cheekiness was so surprising that I paid 1,500 HUF. I think if the decoration had to be cut off, it would have had to be communicated in advance and since he was at fault for the extra cost, it would have been fair for him to "swallow" that money. It's just icing on the cake that he didn't even apologize, but said it all in a "like it or not, that's it" style. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's an unfair, pitiful figure.
