Nem akarom elhinni, hogy miután az egyik cipőt végigsértette a gép, a másikat is gond nélkül ugyanezzel a metódussal tönkretették! Nem lehetett volna a gép alá tenni egy anyagot, hogy megóvják a cipőt!??! Hanyag, nemtörődöm munka és egy drága cipő elcsúfítása!! Csalódottak vagyunk és többet nem vesszük igénybe a cég szolgáltatásait!! Átvételkor egy szót sem szóltak, nekem krllett rákérdeztem. Egy elnézéssel el is lett intézve! Azt a stílust nem minősíteném, ahogy viselkedtek… Nem értem miért vállalják el, ha csak nyűg, gondolom hasznuk van azért belőle. Miután sikerült megtalálni a rendelésünk jópár gúnyos megjegyzés közepette, jeleztük, hogy kártyával szeretnénk kifizetni, erre azt mondta a “kedves úriember”, hogy “még egy jó hír mára!” Gondolom ugyanígy viselkedhetnek a többi vásárlójukkal is… kritikán aluli. We picked up a GLS package from them yesterday as a GLS package point. I wouldn’t rate that style the way they behaved… I don’t understand why they accept it if they just moan, I think they benefit from it. After we were able to find our order in the middle of a few mocking remarks, we indicated that we wanted to pay by card, to which the “dear gentleman” said, “still good news today!” I think they can do the same with their other customers… under criticism.

Már van két nem működő kulcsom, amit máshol készítettek, de egyik sem nyitotta - zárta a lakás zárját. Itt ingyen megnézték ezeket, javították és mindkét kulcs működik!!!! Nagyon örülök!!! Ezúton is köszönöm szépen! :) I can only recommend them! They are very kind, helpful and fair! I wanted to copy a house key. I already have two non-working keys that were made elsewhere, but neither opened them - it locked the apartment. Here they have been checked for free, fixed and both keys work !!!! I am very happy!!!
