A mai nap voltam önöknél váltani! A fiatal hölgy nagyon kedves volt és ügyfél orientált! Legközelebb is fogok önökhöz menni váltani. Köszönöm a kedvességüket!
Today I was with you to switch! The young lady was very kind and customer oriented! Next time I will go to you to switch. Thank you for your kindness!

A ma délben ott dolgozó hölgyek stílusa kritikán aluli. Létezelően megalázóan beszélnek, pedig úgy gondolom szolgáltatást végeznek. Senkinek nem ajánlom a pénzváltót.
The style of the ladies working there at noon today is under criticism. They are presumably humiliating, though I think they do a service. I do not recommend the money changer to anyone.

The even minor concern was that the student’s plastic colleague couldn’t say hello, but he was stunned next to him on a level he couldn’t read and speak. He stared at the promissory note specifically for minutes before he could successfully read that it was 1300. He had 3000, 300, uh in front of him. And all in all, he cut his head like he was wearing a stroke while standing.

Sh*t service. They have the worst staff ever. Just 50m away there is a MUCH better alternative . Don’t go to these imbeciles.

Unfortunately this place is awful. They are very rude. I went there several times and always I decide to turn away and not change there. Once we went to change there money with my mom and we were waiting in the line and speaking on a light voice one of the workers shouted to the microfone that we should shut up because she was counting. So maybe if you dont necessarily want bad vibes you should’t go there.

I entered in City Change, and had to wait for the two staff members to realise my presence in the room. When they finally finished their chit-chatting with each other, one of them angrily showed me to put finally my money (Croatian kuna) on the counter, without even asking me in which currency do I want to change my money into. So without asking she gave Hungarian forints. Even though I needed forints indeed, I said to her in the most polite way that she didn't even ask me in which currency do I want to change my money, which was obviously true, but she become so angry. It was truly unpleasant eyperience, and i will never again change my money there, never again

I can’t still believe what happened to me there! Woman was extremely rude. She was preparing everything very long and i was in hurry, so I just said to not show me the bill cause I already was there and know how it looks, she started to yell at me, then threw the money on the table and ostentatiously said “THANK YOU, GOODBYE!” I simply don’t understand how customer can be treated this way. Are we still in communism?!
