★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sokszor voltam már ebben az Exclusive Change váltóban, de a mai napon csalódtam benne, mivel a kijelzőn magasabb EUR vételi árfolyam volt kint fél forinttal, mint amit ajánlottak. Átverve éreztem magam. :/
 I have been to this Exclusive Change gear many times, but today I was disappointed in it, because the display showed a higher EUR buying rate by half a forint than what was offered. I felt overwhelmed. : /

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tegnap szerettem volna 2000 svájci frankot eladni, 324-es árfolyam volt kiírva, bementem és azt mondták 322-ért meg is veszik?! Egy ilyen tételnél még kedvezményt vártam volna, nem pedig, hogy két forinttal még megpróbáljanak átvágni! Többet ide biztos, hogy nem megyek!!
Yesterday I wanted to sell 2000 Swiss francs, 324 was quoted, I went in and they said they would buy it for 322 ?! I would have expected a discount on such an item, not to try to cut it with two forints! I'm sure I'm not going to go here again !!

The staff is very lazy. Very bad. I want to use my own company's bank card as payment. He actually said that I could not prove that it was my card.

The second person who attended us was a man who was very respectful and willing to help. thanks to him we managed to do our transaction but sending money in euro is not possible.
