Budapest is the capital city of Hungary. One of the most beautiful historical capitals in Europe, is situated on the banks of the Danube. The city actually consists of three cities, Obuda, the oldest section, with Celtic and Roman ruins, Buda in hills on the western bank, famous for its historic Castle Hill and beautiful residential area, and bustling Pest with its shopping, government and commercial districts on the flat plain of the east bank.

The city has a population of about 1.7 million people. The Budapest Commuter Area is home to 3,271,110 people. The city covers an area of 525 square kilometers (202.7 sq mi) within the city limits. Budapest became a single city occupying both banks of the river Danube with a unification on 17 November 1873 of right (west)-bank Buda and Obuda with left (east)-bank Pest.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Budapest! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Royal suite . The staff was extremely friendly, Highly recommended .

Wow Reza! This is the best 4 star you’ve ever been to? You don’t get out much. I’m not sure what would even make it considered a 4 star hotel...they don’t have much for facilities...that work My room was dirty...the toilet was clean...everything else was dusty and warn out. The place hasn’t had a good cleaning in months. You can tell my the dust all over the furniture and the pounded out mattress. If they would have done a proper cleaning they would have noticed the tub didn’t drain due to the 3 pounds of hair plugging the stopper. The HVAC didn’t work in the room either. I was a solo traveller so I’m not sure why they “upgraded” me to this room with the hidabed already made Checkout is at 11am and they’ll charge you 20€ an hour for a late checkout. So I packed up my stuff and went to a bath instead. 20bucks an hour...To hell with them. My only pleasant experience was when I first checked in...that gentlemen was pleasant. No one else acknowledged me at all when I walked by the front desk...so I’d assume their security is pretty weak too. There’s a cool dive bar on the corner a 30 second walk from this place.

The iron in the room destroyed my top. I went to the reception to make a complaint, but surprisingly no one wanted to do anything with my problem. They called the manager and not even sharing his reaction with me because (as they said) it was as impolite. They accused me not to use the iron correctly and they did not apologize... I returned to the manager who informed me that they already gave the iron to other customers even if they were aware of its low quality. They let me go without any compensation... The service is scandalous! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

the best apartment in the town. The room is spacious and modern. The location is perfect, you can walk to tram stop and metro station just few minutes. Supermarket, groceries, cafes, restaurants are around the corner. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi also good enough, even though you have to share it with public. Their staff really helpful and fast respond, super!! I will recommend this property to my friends.

- [x] An unpleasant situation was occurred at the hotel! We forgot the wedding ring on the bed, after returning we were told, but there was nothing. The fact is that they didn't even want to help us normally. I know 100% that I left it in the room on the bed, I took it off to use face cream. The administrator, who worked on July 6 and 7, behaved suspiciously from the first minute immediately answered “NO” on the question about the wedding ring. He later made several calls, but it no avail. He promised that everything would be checked and he will call us, but nothing. My recommendation for future clients - be careful, keep an eye on things and obviously do not forget anything. Recommendation for hotel managers check your staff, because I know exactly that the wedding ring was appropriated. After all, this is your reputation and your money, if it's important to you ...

Postive: very nice location, centrally located in the city. Very big room/studio with a seating area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom for a really cheap price. Negative: we had trouble with our key not being able to open the door when we arrived at about 0:30AM and a couple of times afterwards, making it a very unpleasant arrival. Receptionist spoke almost no English so communication was difficult. The rooms were not very clean and had all sorts of damage scattered throughout. The rooms were lit with cold white light, making it very uninviting. Kitchen didn't have a lot of material and what was there wasn't clean. Bed/mattress was solid as a rock. AC made a loud clanking noise every half an hour making it impossible to sleep unless it was turned off or always on. Would not recommend this hotel except maybe for students/bachelors or similar.

This place was a great value for money. The studio was well worth the price but my wife an I really enjoyed the large and well equipped fitness area (so many are feeble) and the large pool for lap swimming and the sauna and steam room...all free to use. Extra towels are at the front desk and locks are provided free for guests. We used the facility every day. The front desk staff were very helpful. The location was quiet yet central for walking to restaurants and sites. Budapest could well rival Vienna once their beautiful old buildings are refurbished. Its still relatively undiscovered.

The information on Booking is not true. 1. Car parking system the most disgusting I have ever seen. Everyday you should pay for parking. Everyday you should get a ticket to drive away. Everyday you should go to the reception and ask "Please open the gates". Where to leave the car is your problem. When you check out, you must have paid parking receipts. 2. The reception doesn't work 24\7. Working hours is from 9am to 6pm. If you would like to check it\check out\drive away\drive in – it is your problem. 3. The rooms is very noisy. You will hear everything outside the "hotel" (on the street) You will hear everything inside the "hotel" (in other rooms, in the corridor). 4. The rooms are very cold. You couldn't not use their ventilation system. 5. The rooms are very dirty. They also won't clean up after you ask. 6. The safe is not available in the rooms. 7. There is no toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. Or there will be leftovers from past guests. 8. They have only one key (not card, a KEY). This is inconvenient, this is the last century. 9. The reception and the employees of the "hotel" won't help you with your questions. They only can tell you "There are no problems. Everything is OK.". But nothing is OK.
