Attention, they are scammers! We booked 2 months before New Year's Eve and the staff sold our apartment on Christmas Eve to someone else and canceled our stay as if trying to collect payment. On Christmas Eve e-mails are rarely read so they have achieved theirs.

Unbelievably dirty. Disgusting couches (I literally did not dare to sit on it, in jeans!). Mold in the bathroom. A very loud bar below the window, could not sleep until midnight. Not 'luxury' at all, sadly. The good: staff was very helpful and friendly. In the city centre.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PROPERTY The sofa was broken. It had something improvised but that also was broken. We had our thinest matress on the double bed - you could easily feel the wood below - we slept better in a tent. The room was open and the key didn't work - it had to be changed. The buttons from the air conditioning control were missing. The floor tiles were missing in some places or they were really damaged. We got a room in a different place than requested because they had 5 different properties in the same building and they told us they have some issues with the ones we reserved - we reserved a 4 star room but we got something that wasn't worth a 2 star ranking. That shouldn't be offered to people until properly fixing everything. There wasn't even properly cleaned, vacuumed and the beds weren't made, we didn't have enough sheets, linen. The only thing they could do was to offer a single bed besides the single bed that was already there near the sofa and that wasn't appropriate too. Also they told us we'll get a partial refund and still nothing after 5 days - will definitely contact consumers protection for this.

I wouldn’t describe these apartments as luxury. They are tired and our bed was uncomfortable and squeaked throughout the night keeping us await. When we complained they basically didn’t believe us. They did in the end put a new stopper on it but it didn’t resolve the squeaking. The didn’t offer to change rooms and said the hotel was fully even though we could see rooms still being advertised online. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is the gym was good.

Do not pook this place. They didn't return money for canceling due to covid 19

They took €100 from my account after checkout without contacting me for false claims of damages. We were sat in the lobby for a few hours after checkout and they could have discussed this with me but they did not say anything until I noticed the money missing from my account and contacted them. We did not make any damages to the property and they are refusing to give the money back. Do not stay here.

We stayed here as a family. What we liked: - Friendly staff - Location of the hotel (in the heart of the city although prepare for dirty streets around the place, but it has nothing to do with the hotel) - The swimming pool & sauna area - We got a bigger apartment for free of charge. What we didn’t like (and that is why I gave 3 stars) The furniture & flat has lots of damages, it should be renovated. The cleanness is also questionable but I think someone can hardly clean well such old materials, so I wouldn’t blame the cleaning staff.

We got upgraded to a two bedroom flat upon arrival. But we were wrong for feeling happy. They have everything you need for a nice stay but the conditions/qualities of the things provided are just bad. The reception staff were helpful though. The flat is huge, but it is not up to standard at all. Just to name a few: there are holes in the walls, lights not work, toilet door unable to close unless with extra force, the washing machine leaks water, towels are yellow, sheets not sure if they have been cleaned.
