I booked with citicenter hostel via booking. Before arrival they have sent me the steps how to check in as this is a self check in hostel. However I was not able to enter the hostel because the door was closed and the key was not working. I was trying to contact the hostel but they did not reply at all. I had to stay in another hotel. When I managed to contact them via booking they denied that it is even possible and refused to give a refund even when I shared a video proof of how I was trying to open the door and it was closed. Moreover they cancelled my booking for the second night and charged me the full amount. This is the worst experiance with any hotel/hostel I've ever had!
