Please please please don’t take your beloved pets to this clinic, and if you did, don’t let doctor Lola Szabo even touch your pet in any circumstances… (I am not even sure if she studied enough to be a doctor). Here I write my experience while I am having very hard days because of her not enough knowledge about her job. I took my happy healthy dog (6 years old) to this clinic about 12 days ago because he started to show discomfort in his ear, when we arrived there this very young lady (Lola Szabo) visited him and in just less than a minute looking into his ear said there is a piece of grass and we need to clean the ear under anaesthesia. Everything was very fast I even didn’t have time to think about it twice and on the other hand I thought ok it’s just a simple ear cleaning… she said we should remove it soon because it’s not coming out itself. She took my dog to another room and God knows what she did on him… From the day after my dog’s eye (same side as ear) started to show some weird symptoms and he stop blinking with that eye, I took him to the same clinic another doctor checked his ear and realised they damaged the nerve behind his eye in ear cleaning procedure. It’s been 10 days since then I am going from this doctor to that doctor, trying to fix the nerve but yet there is no sign of improvement. My poor dog is suffering and he is in a very dangerous health condition. He even can’t walk properly because of damaged nerve and I can’t do any thing… I paid more than 100k during past week for examinations and medicine (which is not the point as now I am willing to do whatever and pay any amount to just have my little dog healthy and happy again), but the point is how someone can work as a doctor when doesn’t have enough knowledge without having at least someone else to supervise her?? Shame on you CityVet

The exotic vet has always looked after my hedgehog and bunny so well. Both have had to go through surgeries, and have had very good care

Super nice and professional. Amazing staff, very helpful and positive (everyone, from the vets to the front desk). Everyone speaking English. We came here several times and they were always attentive and listening. Great that they are open on Saturdays. Prices are fair. If you come on Saturday better to be there before 9am if you don't want to wait too much in line, even though it's the official opening time. Recommended

I left the same review on their FB page for how angry I am!! Their up selling methods that for them counts more than curing your pet has cost me a fortune on my kitten and also my resident cat got ill. I am now treating my kitten elsewhere where the diagnosis and tests are carried on properly. I have attached my REVIEW FROM FB below, a MUST READ for those who want to spare themselves from spending hell of a lot for a bad unhealthy result on your pet. The vet girl did not feel safe to look into my cats throat after I told them many times she had lost her voice and I have been told it was a mistery why she lost it! Then when I insisted to get her checked, she called anothe vet who deeply looked into her throat and found she had laringitis! The girl apologized and saisld "Sorry I didn't know how to do it!" They should not use people's pet as training material for their vets. A vet must know what they are doing, and if they don't they should ask for help from someone else before they say it's a mistery why your cat is ill !!!! The little kitten and my other cat are both unwell still and the kittens vaccinations will need to be redone as they should have told me, when I went for the second jab, that 2 months apart the vaccine is not effective instead of charging me again. Shameful.

They have always provided friendly, reliable service and always go above and beyond. This week, they saved my dog’s life. ?❤️ I have a standard poodle who had a ball lodged in her throat and they were able to get me in and remove the ball and save her within minutes of being arriving. I can’t express how amazing and kind they all were! Thank you so much CityVet!

I went there to get a EU pet passport. They spoke great English and informed me about which additional vaccines my dog needed to get to be able to travel. The whole process was fairly quick , it took around 40 minutes: The cost was also okay, I don't know if this is expensive or cheap for this kind of procedure: Pet passport was: 10.000 HUF Biocan DHPPIL vaccine: 8000 HUF Rabies Vaccine: 8000 HUF
